... had a good day.
I can’t say that I have had a truly good day in a very long time. Saturday was great, but I was with friends. That usually causes my moods to elevate for the time I’m with them, but then crash shortly after. But today was a good day.
I woke up.
I did some cleaning. (Thanks to a dear friend who has been sending me reminders to do so <3)
I went to work, where I was fairly productive.
I decided to go to the gym and walk on a treadmill. Went 2.93 miles. That’s not bad to start.
I’m not sure what tomorrow will be like, but I’m pretty confident that the things I’m doing now will help me change into the person I want to be.
