Whilst she had only been in Wildemount for a few weeks, Gabriella had been free from the depths of hell for quite some time now and had managed to accrue quite the collection of things. While she preferred items such as jewellery and money, she also took pride in her collection of valuables that perhaps didn’t look to be so. One of these such things was her book collection, she’d acquired many first editions of old titles, classics and the likes. She enjoyed reading, but preferred to know that she had a solid investment that would only grow in value. It was one of these volumes that she was on her way to collect, stepping into the old bookshop and hearing the bell tinkle above her head, she decided to take a look around before heading to the front desk to collect her order. She walked the narrow aisles, looking at the spines intently as she pondered what she should like to read. She never actually opened the books she collected, merely storing them away carefully in a safe place, but she did quite enjoy reading human fictions, especially stories they had written involving her own kind. A title took her interest and she reached up to pluck it from the shelf, reaching up on her tiptoes as even in her stiletto heels she wasn’t quite tall enough to reach properly, she managed to pull the one she wanted from the shelf, alongside another five or so books that tumbled down, loudly clattering around her, one of them hitting her rather ungraciously on the head. “Oh... Oh dear...” she said quietly, rubbing her head gently as she looked around at the mess, before lifting her eyes to meet with those of another who had joined her in the aisle.

Grocery shopping (at least like this, in a ac’ed building where nearly everything was artificial) was not something Min Jae was accustomed to. Everything was so colorful; everything said buy one get one 50% off so he had to buy multiple boxes of cereal. Especially the ones with the fun characters on the front that said snappy catchphrases. Maybe he was a little overwhelmed.
“This one is is just little cookies I’m meant to drown in milk. That’s just dessert.” He held up one box, “But this one promises charms that bring me luck and possibly…” He turned the box over, reading the back, “– A prize? Amazing.” He held one out in each hand, “Which do you like?”
Eating for necessity was an unfortunate side effect to being mortal, Gabriella thought as she stared at the rows and rows of food and beverages for sale in the grocery store. She was thankful that she didn’t have to waste her precious money on such filial things, the only “consumable” thing she willingly put into her body was champagne because, well, it was expensive. However, one thing she unfortunately did have to spend money on was hygiene products, and thus her basket held bottles of shampoo and conditioner and shower gel, all in various floral scents. She cut through the cereal aisle on her way to the checkout and was interrupted by a man who held two gigantic boxes up to her and asked for an opinion. A sneer flashed across her face at the sight of the cereals and she shook her head delicately, pursing her lips. “I can’t say I’ve had either, but they both look like they would be incredibly unhealthy.”

“Can I get your opinion on something?” Ruby asked the first person she saw on her way to the flower shop. Her arms were full of lilacs, calla lilies, and daffodils that she had grown herself. “Which ones of these looks better as a bunch and which ones as individuals? I really can’t make up my mind.”
It certainly wasn’t very often, but occasionally Gabriella paused to appreciate the freedom she had now. Strolling along the street, the sun was warm and shining down on her, the air was clear and fresh, birds sang high in the trees. How wonderful, to not be trapped in the confines of hell, she did wonder if she sometimes took it for granted. A voice snapped her from her reverie, eyes settling on the woman who clutched all those flowers in her arms. Now, the woman wasn’t an expert by any means, but she leaned forwards and stroked a petal with a delicately manicured hand thoughtfully. “Daffodils are so wonderful, but don’t they rather steal the show when you put them with others? The others would be fine in a bouquet, but those yellow delights are perfectly adequate alone, don’t you think?”
MOON GAYOUNG, 26, SHE/HER We have been waiting for a while, but GABRIELLA SONG was finally spotted in the village today. People heard whispers that they are a DEADLY SIN (GREED) that is hellbent on staying away from the veils. Will they succeed? Only time can tell. Until then we will keep a close eye on them as they listen to Emperor’s New Clothes – Panic! At The Disco.
Under the cut will be some information about my girl Gabriella, the Sin of Greed ^^
