hiya babes!
time for a long-awaited update! -- i’m planning on bringing in a new character very soon (though i may be delayed due to uni work and extra coursework), and will be transferring my admin character status over to said character.
in the meantime, i hope you all enjoy this year’s halloween event! :>
( owl—sojin ) be my gf. you know who this is
[ owl ] where’s my diamond ring, peter?
miss joli!
( @grysojin )
first year of momo..
young, innocent, and naïve embedded her. momo was attending her first year at hogwarts, the world of magic still all new to her, still remaining foreign. maybe that was her, forever stuck and lost. yes, lost in a maze. she was still yet to get accustomed to how things were, the sudden leave of france and how this world felt so different. she wasn’t complaining. in fact, it was a rather fun experience. there was much to learn—one would never stop learning in a lifetime. a lifetime seemed too short.
but, she wanted to learn from the beautiful miss sojin. they’re in the same house sorting, but she was a year older than momo. an unnie, she needed to respect her utmost. honestly, momo liked being around her so much. maybe because she had this alluring charisma that drew momo in, but she wish she had that kind of aura. “sojin onee-chan!” she called out to the elder with the japanese honourific. the young blonde didn’t address just anyone with that.
“you’re always so pretty.” she was kind of childish, always clinging onto sojin but hopefully, the other didn’t mind her presence. she didn’t want to annoy her and if she did, she would give the other girl her space—the space she needed.
As a second year, Sojin believed that she had already had the term ‘noobie’ or ‘rookie’ knocked off of her status. Even from a young age, the girl was more confident than the norm, often standing up for herself and her friends whenever those of the older years would look down upon them. Sojin was a Big Girl now, and she knew how to look after herself.
Already known for turning heads, Sojin had noticed a few of the latest first years following her around. -- But there was one in particular who taken a shine to her. Sojin’s little Momo-- aw, how cute --was often found hanging around the older Gryffindor. Of course, the brunette thrived in the given attention, sometimes being even more outlandish than usual when her precious little Momo was around. Although the given honorific wasn’t one that she was familiar with, Sojin considered it to be flattering nonetheless, it bringing a smile to cherry-flavoured lips.
“Aw, thanks, babe,” Sojin crooned, flicking her long hair over her shoulder and reaching to primp her favourite dongsaeng’s fringe. “Want me to try out my new eyeshadow on you? I feel like giving someone a makeover today.”

PARK SOJIN
Sugar Baby|| Sojin and Myungsoo
@grysojin
If there was anyone at Hogwarts that Myungsoo knew for a fact who could pull off sexy lingerie very well for his next spread in the July edition of Playwitch, it was Sojin. He had recently acquired in his possession several lingerie outfits for his shoot and he needed someone who could be sexy. Sojin was perfect in his books. She had that innocence that he liked and yet, she could be sexy. Myungsoo was going to ask her to model for him and he was sure that she was going to say yes, once she saw the collection that he landed his hands on.
There was a reason why Myungsoo ended up grabbing all the best collections and shoots, he was just the best out there. He walked up behind Sojin, after breakfast on a weekend and smiled. “Hi, darling~” he said.
“i’ve been thinking, Sojin-ah. I recently acquired a new collection for my mian spread in July. I was wondering if you’d like to model them and be my July model,” he said, handing her a catalogue of the collection, filled with various cute lingerie sets.
“And before you ask, yes, I’m going to let you keep your favorites.” Myungsoo said, waiting for an answer. “It will be fun.” he added, laughing.
The first time that Myungsoo approached Sojin, the Gryffindor was barely even surprised. Of course she’d be willing to model for some shoots. -- She dreamt of being one of the models she often saw on the double-page spreads of magazines, of being an ideal type and aspiration for other girls out there. She had always wanted to be a hot topic, and Myungsoo had the connections and standing to make her into one. Sojin could never say no.
It was a Saturday morning and Sojin probably wasn’t looking her best, yet the girl had still made an effort to look more than just presentable. She hadn’t heard nor seen the vampire, but suddenly he was there, presence made known as a voice spoke out behind her. Merlinflyingbackwardsonabroomstick--
Sojin turned in her spot on the bench, flicking her hair over her shoulder as she looked up at the man, heartbeat slowly working its way back down to its normal rate.
“Myungsoo, a pleasure.” Sojin greeted the man, smile making itself home on her lips as she listed to the offer. What could she get out of it this time...? Taking the catalogue, she flicked through a few pages, a number of pieces already catching her eye.
“You know me too well already, don’t you?” The girl laughed softly, turning fully to get to her feet and standing to look at the man properly. “I do hope that I’m the first one you’ve come to, Myungsoo...” she trailed off, reaching to rest a hand on his chest, near his shoulder, her smile even sweeter than usual.
Taste Test | Evie & Sojin
Evie just smiled happily, glad that the other seemed to have taken some sort of interest in her cupcakes even if it was half forced. If she had made a remotely concieted remark though, the Hufflepuff hadn’t noticed at all. In fact, she rather admired Sojin’s confidence – something which she could never muster up for herself. “I always liked the chocolate ones best,” she responded, pointing to a brown frosted cupcake atop which sat an ornamental corgi, “These are my Bao Bao Cakes, named after my puppy.”
God, this girl’s so happy... Sojin thought, somewhat amazed at how innocent Evie always appeared to her. Typical Hufflepuff. Regardless of whether Sojin trusted Evie or not, the cupcakes did look pretty good. The two had never really talked before, but it wasn’t like there was anything bad between them either. “The chocolate ones?” Sojin leaned closer to peer into the box, eyes widening at the decoration on top. “Is that... Is that edible?” she asked, pointing at the corgi shaped... thing. “Bao Bao? Is that Chinese for something?”
Hello, my loves!
I know it’s late for many of you and I’d love to do this all personally, butttt welcome to alo! uwu I’m toootally gonna have to get some plots going with you all, since Sojin is probably lacking some even though I’m so behind already ahhh... [+ excuse me-]
Zico expected Sojin to relent, but as he was coming to realize, what he expected from Sojin turned out to be wrong. His eyes widened comparatively to how hers had when he found himself tugged even lower. Instead of looking where his face had been directed, Zico looked up into her eyes, his narrowed and defiant, jaw clenched. This situation was quickly growing dangerous.
“That’s not what I’ve heard, sweetheart,” Zico growled, dark eyes locked on hers from his low vantage point. He knew the statement would enrage her and he needed to take control of the situation once and for all. He’d established a certain reputation but with the way things were going lately, people were going to start getting the idea that if you possessed a vagina, you could tell Zicovian Blackadder what to do.
Zico could feel multiple pairs of eyes on them. He was tired of being a spectacle for the amusement of others. Sojin seemed to feed off of the attention, so Zico decided to take it away. At this point, he should have been standing up, possibly using his height or broad shoulders to intimidate Sojin into backing off. Instead, he bent further, arms encircling Sojin’s thighs as he pushed his shoulder forward and then stood up, effectively forcing the alarmed girl over his shoulder.
A collective gasp from the spectators echoed through the courtyard as Zico turned on his heel, his prize thrown over his shoulder. His right hand slid up her thigh, thumb resting on the soft interior far too close to a place he hadn’t been invited to…yet. The left planted firmly on her ass (another place he had no right to touch) – to keep her skirt from blowing up in the wind as he carried her away. She should thank him for that later although he was quite sure those weren’t words he’d hear from her anytime soon.
“Stop squirming,” Zico snapped as he carried Sojin out of the clock tower courtyard and across the covered bridge. Sojin was brave with a crowd watching but would she talk so big once she was completely alone with him? One last squeeze to her inner thigh and Zico stooped down, setting Sojin on her feet in front of one of the pillars in the stone circle. Arms shot out, barring her escape from the intimate proximity.
His hands gripped the cold stone on both sides of her, his head tilting to the side as feline eyes narrowed. He wanted her to be intimidated; frightened. He wanted her to know he was strong and he could hurt her, even if he wouldn’t. He needed to scare her away…because if she decided she wanted him, he knew he wouldn’t be strong enough to reject her. He wanted her too much.
“Let’s see how brave you are now that it’s one on one,” he growled. “You must’ve heard rumors about me, yeah? Well…they’re all true,” he insisted darkly.
Sojin met the boy’s gaze with a challenging smile. Ah, how good it felt to have the situation back in her grasp. Sojin liked to be the one in control and she couldn’t help but feel smug at how easily he’d been to bring back onto the tracks. The Slytherin didn’t look all too pleased about his position, but that made Sojin like it all the more, lifting her chin as she smiled a little too sweetly.
“And what have you heard, hm?” she bit back immediately, already aware that there were probably countless rumours about her circulating the castle, yet the Slytherin’s lack of elaboration did put the girl on edge. Had he heard that she was a slut? That she’d slept with half of the students at the school? Even professors? -- It might’ve all been bullshit, but at least people had cared so much that they couldn’t stop talking about her.
Zico wasn’t the only one who could feel at least a dozen different gazes on them. They were outside in broad daylight, so of course they would attract attention -- just how Sojin liked it. Her already smug smile turned even more so, but she released her hold on the other’s tie, hand returning to her waist to-- Oh-- Oh, hell no.
This was not The Plan.
Before the brunette even had time to comprehend the situation, her feet were already lifted off of the ground, her body weightless for a split second before her cheek greeted the boy’s back. A quiet shriek had somehow bubbled up Sojin’s throat without her permission, and hands instinctively reached out to grab at whatever material of the Slytherin’s uniform they could access. Only then did Sojin realise that the eyes were still very much on them.
It was a good thing that their position caused the girl’s hair to cover her face, subsequently covering the look of both anger and embarrassment that tinted her cheeks red (as well as the fact that she was caught upside-down). The boy’s hands were heavy on her skin, although they didn’t feel all too unpleasant, if she really had to admit it.
The journey to their destination was definitely a colourful one.
“Put me down, you asshole!” “I said, put me down!” “Are you even fucking listening?!” “What the fuck are you, some bloody caveman, huh?!”
Blood rushed to her head when she was placed back on her feet, hands finding solace in the steady stone rock behind her, it reassuring her that the world wasn’t really spinning as much as it felt like it was. Strong arms bordered her, and the girl’s gaze followed them upwards until her eyes met Zico’s. Her own pair darkened.
“Just who the fuck do you think you are?!” Sojin cried out in question, striking at the other’s chest. Even with both hands pushing at his chest, the Gryffindor didn’t seem to be making much impact. After a few more attempts she ceased fire, head lowering and causing her hair to fall back into her eyes.
Sojin was tired. For once -- just once -- she’d let someone else do the talking.
Taste Test | Evie & Sojin
Evie’s brows furrowed in confusion, her cute demeanour causing one of the first year boys to slip as he walked past. “Not at all,” she insisted, holding the box out still, “I just wanted to know if you liked them, Sojin. I wanted to make cupcakes that everyone would like and you have a lot of friends, so I thought you might know what they would prefer too.” Nodding, she smiled innocently back at the Gryffindor, “They’re yummy, I promise. My stepmother taught me how to make them.”
With no more than a raised brow towards the young’un who had landed on his ass, Sojin turned her attention back to the cakes at hand. They looked cute, and Hufflepuffs were supposed to be good at cooking and shit, right? The compliment to the girl’s popularity couldn’t go unnoticed either. “Well, I know I’m popular and all, so I guess it’d make sense for you to come to me.” Sojin flicked her hair over her shoulder, expression smug as ever. “Hm? Yeah, but which one do you think’s better? I want the best one first.”
[ simmer and burn ]
Eunji’s eyes narrowed as their conversation - argument? - came to a stuttering halt. Only the fact that they’d roomed together for years on end meant she understood even a word of what Sojin said, but the fact remained that what the girl said still wasn’t what Eunji wanted. Briefly, she wondered whether or not a timely incarcerous would be out of order.
Best not to.
“I had practice outside earlier, and it was. You won’t just regret it, you’ll regret it tomorrow morning. Even professionals screw up.” She paused, watching her go over her mascara for what seemed to be the nth time. It wasn’t too much to ask, was it? A night in wouldn’t hurt Sojin - quite the opposite. And Eunji knew they had plenty of things due that were, in fact, necessary - the way this excursion decidedly wasn’t.
But then again, stubbornness (obstinacy, she corrected) was more than likely hardwired into Sojin’s very core and truth be told, it had been part of what brought them together as friends in the first place. With Sojin, Eunji thought it was really an all or nothing sort of situation - she could hate her or she could love her. Considering they were roommates, well-
It was easier just to love her.
And Eunji could, if need be, easily match her perseverance. While she wasn’t quite as loud about it, standing steady with her argument wasn’t difficult in the slightest. As opposed to what Sojin might think, she didn’t particularly enjoy trying to curb nights out - she just, well, cared. But her roommate wasn’t a child, and at some point during her time in Gryffindor tower, Eunji must’ve learnt to pick her battles and call it a night. Slumping, she sighed, nose crinkling as she glanced at the crate once more.
“Firewhiskey’s disgusting - if you’re going to drink, at least do it right and drink something that doesn’t taste like someone’s used cigarette.”
Her friend’s next suggestion, however, left her in a state she’d been in less and less over her years in school - surprised. Sojin’s flights of fancy were almost, ironically enough, routine at this point, but Eunji had never seen the appeal in joining her (and still didn’t, quite frankly). Losing control held little fun for her, and losing control was the entire idea of this outing. She frowned.
“It’s an even worse idea than the original one. Where’d you pull that one from?”
Mascara wand in hand, Sojin glanced back at her best friend, almost surprised that Eunji managed to catch every word she had said. True, their relationship had developed over years of being forced stuck side to side, their house and year keeping them tied together throughout the majority of their teenage years, and true, they certainly had different tastes and personalities... but the two were still close despite their differences.
Sojin loved Eunji, deep down, even if she wouldn’t admit it so boldly.
“I’m sure it’s nothing an alcohol blanket won’t cover,” the brunette reasoned, putting her makeup away to instead start hitching her skirt up just a bit higher, still not fully content with her outfit for the night. “It’s funny how you can cure broken limbs with magic, but no one’s ever taught us how to cure a hangover with magic, y’know?” Frowning at her reflection, the girl shook her head and turned to her bed, picking up a different top to hold it against her chest, once again distracting herself from Eunji’s heavy gaze.
Even though Sojin knew that Eunji cared, the girl was often too free-willed to stick to any kind of stupid promises that meant her getting back before 1am, or only having one or two drinks, or even something as ridiculous as not hooking up with that cute boy that she’d seen in Three Broomsticks a few times before.
Eunji’s statement sparked a laugh from the Gryffindor. How endearing. Of course she wasn’t drinking it for the taste. She nudged the crate out from under her bed, crouching down to take a bottle out, appreciating the perfect weight of it in her hand.
"Just because Butterbeer has ‘beer’ in the name doesn’t mean it counts, babe.”
Holding out the bottle towards the other in a silent offereng, Sojin took a few steps forwards. Although a very uncommon proposition on Sojin’s part, she had still expected the other female to flat-out refuse. It had felt like a lifetime since the last time she’d seen Eunji drink, and Sojin wasn’t sure whether it was simply her imagination, but it was almost as if the Gryffindor Beater was more stressed than usual.
“Right out of my Sorting Snapback. It’s telling me you should let your hair down every once in a while.”
to test my limits | sojin & taeyang
he’s stuck on the same passage in hogwarts, a history, just reading it over and over again and trying to focus but taeyang’s ironically never been good with the past of all things. yes, witches and wizards cannot apparate or disapparate on hogwarts grounds. fascinating, why have I read this eight times the grounds are bewitched in this way to keep students and faculty safe but it keeps us trapped too wizards cannot apparate or for fuck’s sake.
“From psycho bitches to cute boys… This is definitely an improvement.”
taeyang flinches so greatly with surprise he almost drops his quill, a sharp line of ink cutting across the parchment from the movement. he mourns the lost work for just a moment, flicking the loose drops of ink from the quill before looking down to meet the eyes of the girl that was climbing up the stairs. she’s beautiful in a way that’s effortless, confidence echoing from her being in a way that makes taeyang almost feel sick. he just wants to toss his ink at her and just ruin the perfection for a moment leave to a place where her perfection doesn’t have to reflect on his unbalanced nature. go away.
“there is no way up from here,” he says softly, wary of disturbing the grey lady and a fair number of other ghosts. “the stairs are all broken, the place is only good for hiding when you want a smoke.”
speaking of which, he’s been itching one for a while now.
Now stationary, Sojin gave the male a proper once over. He seemed somewhat familiar, as if she’d seen him around before, but Hogwarts was so big that many of the students -- and random staircases, she might add -- all often merged together. But Sojin was certain that there was something about this Ravenclaw in particular that she could recognise.
Oh. He's the guy that usually hangs out with that Slytherin, isn’t he?
The Gryffindor knew that she could be pretty sneaky, but considering the fact that she had been (quite loudly) aiming to escape from the view of a certain crazy psycho bitch, she hadn’t exactly popped out of nowhere, ninja-style. The girl’s gaze cast down towards the paper rested on the Ravenclaw’s lap, yet she smiled when she got to meet his eyes, enjoying his reaction a little too much. Continuing up a few more steps, Sojin pushed her sleeves up as if it would help her cool down faster (although removing her jumper would’ve been the wiser choice), still catching her breath after her escape.
Just as she was about to part her lips to introduce herself properly, a soft tone fell upon her ears, and she hadn’t quite expected it. It was a complete polar opposite to the situation she had just been in, and Sojin welcomed it with a quiet huff of laughter.
“I’m not the type of girl to buy cigs, but if you’re offering one, then I’ll take it.” Sojin grinned at the other, tucking her hair behind her ear. “I’m Sojin, if you didn’t know. Park Sojin.”

Taste Test | Evie & Sojin
For @grysojin
“Sojin!” she called out, waving her hand to catch the other girl’s attention. A bright smile spread over her lips and, carrying a small box of cupcakes, Evie rushed over to the Gryffindor’s side. “I’m making these for the fair, do you want to try one?” she offered, holding out the box of cutely ornamented cupcakes, “These are strawberry and these are chocolate. I made them myself.”
Slightly startled, the Gryffindor paused mid-strut down the corridor, glancing around to find the source of the voice that called her. It was relatively easy for her eyes to zone in on the Hufflepuff, though the sudden offering had not been what Sojin had expected. “Oh--” Sojin remarked with intellect, eyeing up the cakes. “You’re not gonna tell me I have to pay for these after I take one, are you...?”
Trinket ;; Sojin+Xerena
Honestly, Xerena was dreading this. Of all the things she’s had to do for her brothers, this was by far the most embarrassing. Her youngest brother Max - or Maximilian - had just graduated a year ago and had had a fleeting romance with one of the students a year above herself. Sojin was her name. A Gryffindor if she recalled properly. Her brother had really liked her but as always he messed that up too, and now Xerena had to clean up after him, as always, by bringing back some trinket of hers that her brother had somehow ended up with. It was a bracelet. She didn’t know if it held any significance for Sojin but it did belong to her, it was only right to bring it back.
After sighing heavily at the note left in the package sent to her from Max, she headed out to the grand hall to see if Sojin was there. Nothing. She went to the library to see if she was there. Nothing. She asked a few Gryffindors if they had seen her but none could tell her where the girl was. Finally, when she hit the courtyard she finally found the older girl, going up to her and her group, not bothering to excuse herself or anything, she simply held the bracelet up as she butted in.
“Hey. My brother said this is yours and has sent his dutiful little sister to return it to you. Sorry he’s such a forgetful bastard.” Obviously she wasn’t pleased with the task but once it was handed over she eased up a bit. “Sorry to interrupt.”
As a sixth year, Sojin had dabbled in all kinds of extra-curricular activities -- one of which included enjoying the company of a certain upperclassman, named Max. Proud to have caught the eye of such a seventh year, she joined in on his various escapades; they were both daring and mischievous, and such a perfectly terrible match. The two Gryffindors were almost too alike in regards to their carelessness, but often indulged themselves in one another nonetheless, essentially becoming an item in mid-spring, their relationship blossoming a couple of months too late.
Although short-lived, the pairing was intense, and the female couldn’t help but get upset when the boy began to distance himself before his graduation. They had exchanged gifts, secrets and confessions. Now Sojin only had the remnants left. ...Or at least so she thought, until a Ravenclaw suddenly appeared in front of her one day, effectively silencing the Gryffindor and those around her.
Automatically, the girl’s hand took the liberty of retrieving the glistening object, her brain only processing the Ravenclaw’s words a moment or so after she’d already taken the jewellery. Sparing a glance up towards the other female, Sojin tried to recall whose sister she might have been gifted such a present by. Seconds felt like minutes as the answer slowly came to her, a bittersweet smile making its home on her lips.
“Don’t tell me you’re Max’s little sister...? His taste in women’s jewellery was always... interesting, to put it one way.”
