Cosmic Plan - Interstellar
Please read it only after you have seen the movie.
The premise of the movie is set as - "Earth is facing anomalies with gravity. Professor Brand is going after solving the Gravity Equation but he is missing the last piece of the puzzle. Either they wait until these anomalies become regular and he solves the equation. Or 'we' travel to the source of these anomalies to get the answer. In comes, Cooper, Brand(Anne) and a bunch of scientists to take the odyssey to another galaxy via a Black Hole using a Wormhole kept near Saturn.
A Wormhole(hypothetical concept) but real in the movie is placed by "them", the other civilization in another galaxy for us. "They" want us to find it, travel through it and execute a population explosion to make the human specie survive by founding a new colony.
But, there is one problem in executing this plan. This is altruistic. Why will the current generation travel and leave their families behind for the future generation. In comes, Plan A - The plan is to travel to the Black Hole, collect data to solve the gravity equation and come back. Hence, solving the problem the earth is facing right now and get rid of the gravity anomalies. In short, adding muscle to the Science of the Earth to add "Gravity and Time" as next two dimension in our current three dimensions. Hence, Prof Brand motivated the team to work for an idea which he knew could not be executed. He had assumed the equation was unsolvable and unifying the 5 dimension was impossible.
The team is about to leave when Murph(Cooper's daughter) tell him to "STAY". She makes the claim of decoding the Morse Code of the Gravity anomaly in her room. Cooper ignores it and still leaves for the odyssey, leaving behind the ravaging earth with miseries and destruction, only with a HOPE of finding the answers to the equation and coming back.
Under all odds, Cooper(the lead pilot) takes the impossible challenge of going it and coming out of the worm hole repeatedly. He professes to go and come out to the existing advance stations of Human beings already there. First Planet, Hann's Lab and Edmund's Lab. In that order. Instead of choosing between the three - He decides to go to one, come back(to and fro in the worm hole) and then go to another one, comeback and then go the the last one as well.
As the enter the worm hole - "They" strike back. "They(other civilization)" are seen as an apparition which shakes hand with the Brand(Anne) during the journey through the worm hole.
The first planet gives them nothing. Two scientists are swept away in water.They come back to find that the little time spend there had caused a move of 23 years in the Newtonian frame of reference. Earth and their capsule which had a scientist studying the data coming out of the black hole nearby had aged by 23 years. His kids have grown up.
He keeping going on to their next destination. Now the choice is to save the fuel and go straight to Edmund(data there, it is farther) or go to Hann's(data there nearer) and then go to Edmund - leaving no scope of coming back.
In comes the force which transcends galaxies, distances and dimensions - Love. This is the enigmatic and least pursued force for humanity. No one understand the potential of it. It is by this force - Brand(Anne) has a feeling to go to Edmund straight and not to Hann's planet at all. But, Cooper feels that Humanity made a promise to Prof Hann. To see his work and meet him and bring him back.
Hann's Planet is a frozen cloud over a planet. Hann had proposed through his "cooked up" data that there lies a planet with "life" right below the cloud and he had send probes to verify that. In reality, Hann just wanted to attract more people from earth to his cloud and cause an "population explosion". Yes, the same plan that he and Prof Brand must have created without anyone's know-how. The plan that "population explosion" was the only chance of survival for the human race.Cooper and his team disagreed. They wanted to collect data and go back to earth. Not leave his fellow generation to die. While Hann wanted create the future right there.Plus, Hann frozen cloud was not habitable for life. Hann was being eccentric as an side-effect of lonely space exploration.
This clash led to craziness and Hann eventually destroyed parts of the Space Capsule - Endurance by his idiosyncrasies. In the rush, Endurance had slipped off the gravity of the planet and was revolving ferociously. In a super attempt to revolve his spacecraft at the rate of the Capsule, Cooper reattaches it to Endurance. Cooper and the team were now sure that Hann's Planet was a bluff they could not catch. By now, earth has aged by a generation. Cooper's daughter Murph is of his age now. Prof Brand has died. Brand(Anne) gets to know that there was no Plan A to come back. And the only way was to Go-On and find the Edmund's planet. It might be a planet that has habitable climate for a healthy "population explosion". Love indeed is a force that transcends every thing.
But wait, Cooper had a heroic catch to the game. Accepting the reality of not going back to Earth, as they were approaching the black hole, they were taking a leap of 52 years with Earth and hence coming back to their generation on earth was physically impossible. They will outlive their generation. Cooper takes the jump in the Black Hole along with TARS - leaving behind only Brand(Anne) in Endurance to carry on the journey to Edmund's planet beyond the black hole.
Woah! What a journey it was. The journey through black hole. This is what dreams are made up off. We might be reading about it all the time but the cinematic description(though fictitious and meaningless) was beautiful. In the Black Hole, comes the TIME and GRAVITY as the NATURAL - fourth and fifth dimension of space. Here is Cooper and TARS - experiencing a place in the Black Hole with all the 5 dimensions. In comes the "them" again. This another galaxy again guides Cooper to a linear stack arrangement of time. He can move around that space and he can move around time. He can use mass object there and send gravity signals. And keep in mind, Gravity is the most epic force which travels without being affected by time and space.
Finally, Cooper solves the puzzle. He gets the game. He understand that he was not chosen to save his generation, he was just a vehicle. It was his daughter - Murph who was chosen by "them" to bring about the solving of the gravity equation and unifying the 5 dimension to accelerate the Human Science by many many leaps. Cooper starts going through the time dimension from the start. The day he was leaving his house for the journey. He gives Morse Code to his daughter that read "STAY" through the movement of books in a Book Shelf(Using Gravity dimension to cause the movement). He wanted to avoid his leaving his loved ones. In reality, all of this must be happening simultaneously. It means in the start itself, it was Cooper who was sending the signals from his future self to his current self. Parallel realities/universe/space exists with different time dimension interacting with a common force that transcends these dimensions -Gravity.
Then, he waits and in the black hole for a few minutes until Murph grows up. As time is going really fast at earth and slowed down infinitesimally in black hole(Huge Mass, Huge Gravity, Slowest Time). In the middle, he comes on a time coordinate of where they are entering the Worm Hole. He sees Brand(Ann) and shakes her hand.(Again, two parallel realities/universe/space in different times interacting with the force of Gravity). Then she grows up and he uses the watch he had given to her as the medium of communication. Why the watch? Why will Murph give attention to the watch? The only parting gift of his dad? . Because of Love. Because the both of them in different spaces, times and dimensions are connected by a common feeling - Love.
He uses Morse Code to flick the hands of the watch to pass the solution of the Gravity Equation. He uses a light medium(As I am assuming the gravity force used to send the signal might be weak as it is across a huge space). He gets the solution. Works on it and solves it. The Earth is saved and they create a capsule(Cooper station) that is hovering around Saturn which is near the Worm Hole inside which Cooper is right now.
Wait Cooper is not done or Rather "them" the other civilization is not done in making things happen. They are still controlling things as they say. Cooper drops out of the Black Hole and is picked up by the Cooper Station right outside the Worm Hole, near Saturn. The earth has aged 123 years by now and Murph is the Physicist who creates a Five Dimension Capsule. Yes, Cooper did achieve it. He made sure Earth survived and the journey to another Galaxy continued. By now, time had also accelerated for Brand(Anne) with respect to Cooper. She has reached Edmund's planet and found it favorable for human-existence. She was right, Edmund was the right choice. Like it Love is, all the time, if you feel it completely.
Cooper meets her daughter. He is aged beyond 120 years. She finally does understand that her father did not leave her alone. It was all planned. She asks him to move on to Edmund's planet and join Brand(Anne) to lead the population burst. And advance the human race to another galaxy. Another world and Another planet. For Cooper, the Voyage goes On.
"Whatever can happen, will happen".

The journey of Endurance has time dips of (-23 and -52 years). On Planet 1 and Hann's Planet. Then Cooper's journey diverges from Endurance inside the Black Hole. He is lands in tunnel with access to Time as a dimension. The concept of parallel spaces kicks in and he interacts with different (T) values of Murph's journey and Endurace journey through gravity. Finally, he comes out of tunnel to join Murph's journey at the Cooper Capsule. Till then, due to the dip he has experienced, Brand(Anne) has reached Edmund. He finally takes off for his own journey to Edmund.
