GTA 6 Details to be Noted
Development Since 2014 GTA 6 has been in the works for nearly a decade, with development starting back in 2014. Game development at this scale takes a lot of time, especially for a huge open-world game like GTA 6.
Costs $2 Billion The game is reportedly costing Rockstar Games around $2 billion to make. This includes everything from paying the team, marketing, licensing, and making sure it’s a groundbreaking experience.
Launches in Fall 2025 The expected release date is set for fall 2025, so we might be waiting another year. However, game release dates can sometimes change if the developers need more time to perfect things.
State of Leonida Will Expand Over Time The game’s world, called the State of Leonida, won’t be finished at launch. Rockstar plans to release updates that will expand the world, giving players new areas and content to explore even after the initial release.
2 Playable Protagonists: Jason & Lucia In GTA 6, there will be two main characters, Jason and Lucia, whom players will control during the game. This follows a similar model to GTA V but with a male and female duo this time.
Coming to PS5 & Xbox Series X|S The game will launch on the latest consoles, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. These consoles have the hardware needed to run the massive game smoothly with stunning graphics.
Coming to PC at a Later Date For PC players, GTA 6 will come later. Rockstar often releases the console versions first and then makes adjustments for the PC version.
Trailer 2 Expected Later This Year A second trailer for the game is expected to drop before the end of this year. This trailer will probably reveal more details about the story, characters, and gameplay, giving fans more to look forward to.
