Cardinal Burke Blesses Prayer Plaques in the Mother of Good Counsel Votive Candle Chapel. On August 1, 2019, Cardinal Burke blessed two prayer plaques that were recently mounted in the Votive Candle Chapel at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin. “O Mary, my Mother and my Lady, I offer you my soul, my body, my life and my death, and all that will follow it. I place everything in your hands.
