girl why you so🐕 oupy
prince of egypt is not a christian movie. moshe rabbeinu was a jew it's a jewish story ofra haza (z"l) voiced yocheved g-d is referred to by his hebrew jewish names the characters speak english and hebrew THE PRINCE OF EGYPT IS A JEWISH STORY
at MOST its interfaith i will take interfaith because yes they consulted rabbis and preists and imams (i think) but if i see one more person call it a christian story i will genuinely and honest to g-d lose my mind.
saying this as the worlds biggest prince of egypt fan (luke brady liam tamne christine alado and alexia khadime i love you) but also as a jew who is, once again, sick of people appropriating our stories

there is something beautiful and enduring about moshe trying to convince hashem that he's unworthy of the task of leading jews to feeedom because of his disability, only for hashem immediately reply who do you think created you and all other disabled people? hashem does not cure him, instead he gives moses the tools he needs to carry out this divine task
it is a poignant reminder that all disabled people are simultaneously a) lovingly made by hashem as we are b) worthy exactly as we are of being raised up to do great deeds
