The Guardian Princesses is a new book series of racially and culturally diverse princesses who protect the people and the planet. It's time for a new generation of princesses! The Guardian Princesses offer an alternative to the "traditional princess story." Rather than focus on external beauty or a romantic male figure, these princesses prioritize loving and protecting their people, their animal-friends and other living beings. They model compassion, intelligence, the power of knowledge and collective action. The Guardian Princesses aim to shift the focus of girls’ self-esteem and self-worth. They encourage children’s empowerment through their full development, promoting both their independence and a deeper understanding of the vital interdependence between people and other living beings. © Guardian Princesses Alliance. Why Trump, Why now?

Our statement is a simple but an urgent one. We want to see all people prosper and our planet thrive. In this present political climate, the Guardian Princesses refuse to keep silent while Trump and Co. willfully choose policies that have far-reaching, devastating effects on humanity and the world, all for the enrichment of a select few.

The Guardian Princesses stand up for those who are being silenced. The Guardian Princesses are the leaders we want to aspire to, leaders who will choose to make peace not war, as well as protect the planet for future generations. It is our mission to stand alongside those who are making the world a safer, more sustainable place for everyone. We declare TIME’S UP for Trump.
