Dracula from MR
Whoa hey its me again :ā)
So this whole project 2025 shit is beginning to make posting on instagram no longer a viable option for me with protections against AI being rolled back. So as I decide what to do, im making tumblr and bluesky my new safe haven for whatever I wanna post rlly. So hello, hi again! Expect me to be way more active in the future.
Hello I havenāt been here in a long time but can we like,, maybe stop demonizing Giorno Giovanna whoās a 15 year old by calling him āmanipulativeā and āevilā
Like yall are beefing with a KID who just wants to make the world better, wdym bro is manipulative and evil???? I donāt think we saw the same show tbh š¤·āāļøš¤·āāļø
Thought id post my versions of the Power of Three! This has always been my favorite warriors arc so I hope I did them justice!
I need to remember to post here wtf. Anyways heyyy hereās a doodle of one of my ocs, his name is Kāliir!
Posted this on instagram so I decided to post this here.
Here is La Unita as dragons!
Hi a very quick and important thing to mention bc im also VERY tired of Giorno being called a manipulator of a monster
Yall forget Giorno is well adapted to reading people. Unfortunately this is due to the very real abuse he suffered from his step father so in order to adapt, he learned how to read his emotions- but some people like to interpret Giorno calling Fugo back to Passione as a sign of manipulation and im so very sick of it???
Giorno has a gentler side to him, if he was such a monster why would he cry for Narancia? Giorno is well adapted to reading emotions and either diffusing certain situations or giving people what they want- why do you think he so rarely snaps at Abbachio whoās quite frankly being pretty rough with him through the entire journey but he absolutely LOOSES it when someone as heinous and evil Cioccolata comes along. Heās not going to feed into the machinations of a crazy person so he gets some satisfaction over his (feigned) defeat, no Giorno looses it on him (and rightfully so!)
If Giorno was the monstrous manipulator some of yall claim him to be he would not even inform Bruno of his plans to kill Diavolo, disregard Fugoās life in favor for Coco Jumboās key (in fact he went OUT of his way to argue with Abbachio that if was important to save Fugo who almost certainly would have been killed) and so much more
Giornoās language in PHF is a key indicator of his behavior, āI COULD use your talentsā instead of āI NEED your talentsā or āYou WILL use your talentsā
Idk about you but thats not the language a manipulator would use to force someone back into the organization
I saw a very interesting post earlier talking about purple haze feedback and Fugio and honestly, I enjoy talking about these characters that I love so why the hell not?
I forgot who the poster was but in it they made a very valid point, if your takeaway from phf is āomg fugioā real! Then you completely misunderstand the point. As someone who is a longtime Fugio shipper I completely agree but I wanted to put my takes on the story and what seems to make the ship so appealing for some people
Regardless no matter what way the wind blows, phfās main task is to help peer into the mindset of Fugo who has been left to scramble and pick up the pieces of his feelings after his friends went to risk themselves against Passione. Through the entire story he wrestles with the very grief of loosing him and attempts to grasp and understand Naranciaās decision to leave and fight for Trish.
Ive seen that the jjba fandom tends disregards a lot of the highly traumatic situations that unfold in most of the protags lives and with that disregard the characters are reduced from three dimensional human characters struggling with their pain to two dimensional characters whoās suffering is pushed aside for the very core personality traits presented above the surface.
Fugo is āthe angry oneā, āthe smart oneā
All traits that do certainly apply to him but if you simply leave it at that, Fugo remains as what ive said, a two dimensional character.
What makes Purple Haze Feedback so great is that we see a character who has suffered and has been brutally beaten down by the world that has kept him from living any semblance of a normal happy life, find a way to accept his grief and to accept his pain by means of accepting and understanding his own anger. In the case of Pannacotta Fugo, anger is also a means of protecting people. Fugo bit the capsule and lived, even Murolo mentions out-loud that stands do not change unless the user has gone through change as well. He evolved and now PH is no longer the symbol of festering rage that it used to be.
After all of that id find it odd if someoneās only takeaway from the story is āfugio real!!ā However I do understand the appeal
People so often seem to forget the Fugo and Giornoās stories are very very similar and theyāre both victims of abuse. Giorno adapted to reading people and their emotions while Fugo would let his emotions out more often.
But I think the sweet part of Fugio is to be able to imagine two victims of their similar traumas being able to find so much to love about eachother and be able to heal together. Fugo being able to love Giorno on his own accord and Giorno not having a need for putting up walls around Fugo would allow for them to just BE, to exist in eachotherās company and honestly its a comforting thought.

Hihi I wanted to talk about Giorno Giovanna cause I saw a post talking about peopleās perceptions on him and it got my mind going
Not many ppl seem to understand the point of his character because up misreading what exactly Araki intended to portray him as. The fandom is split into āUWU Giornoās such a sweet wittle angel who can do no wrong!ā And āGiorno is a horrible evil disgusting awful mastermind who orchestrated everything so Bruno, Abbachio and Narancia would die!ā
No. I think people seem to forget that the whole POINT of Golden Wind and Brunoās gang is about gray aligned characters. People view Giorno through the lens of black and white when its not that simple. I think Purple Haze Feedback as well as his reaction to the death of Narancia shows that Giorno can still be with ambition but not with evil intent.
In PHF the whole purpose of Giorno sending Fugo on that mission to destroy the Narcotics team is so he proves that heās NOT a threat to Passione, not to rejoin it. When Fugo succeeds, Giorno asks if he would like to return- he doesnāt force him to
Obviously Fugo and his stand are extremely valuable but Giornoās giving him a choice in the matter.
Now you could interpret his reaction to Naranciaās death that he felt guilt and shame for letting him die but its made apparent that in his backstory, nothing, not even his motherās abandonment of him, would get him to cry. Its clear in some way shape or form he cared and Naranciaās life meant a lot.
The whole point of Giorno is that because of what he went through with his step father, he adapted to READ people, to predict their emotions, to predict their next step so that HE could take advantage and strike first. But if Giorno was a cruel and ruthless as people thing, then why didnāt he just kill Fugo to ensure he remained safe? The whole point of āhalf a stepā is that Giorno himself is willing to make the pain more bearable by helping Fugo take baby steps, one day, week, month or year at a time until heās finally free from his grief
Giorno can is smart as he is calculating but kind as he is ruthless. He is the son of Dio but also the son of Jonathan who was a kind man that didnāt stop at nothing to protect those he cared for. He personifies both of them in the end and that side of him that belongs to Jonathan is more apparent while Dio himself still lingers on within him, even though heās gone
Im taking comissions lol, comment or pm if interested
Im asking for help anywhere I can but hereās my pitch
Id like to make a post purple haze feedback story. A lot of the characters dont have a lot of development so id really like to make one revolving around Trish as the MC, her feelings and the aftermath of what happened during the events of Golden Wind BUT ALSO id like to have Fugo as a supporting character
There was a lot of potential that the two of them had after the boat scene, considering the fact that Fugo was the only one who stayed- you could infer that they have a lot of unspoken thoughts and feelings about what happened right?
Does Fugo blame her for the deaths of his friends or does he believe sheās not at fault?
Does Trish hold some resentment to him or does she completely understand his reasoning?
Please please PLEASE leave a comment and give me some ideas or thoughts about this, id love to eventually turn it onto a fic and start posting it somewhere, maybe on a03 perhaps?
