Bus journey was terrible. My stop is almost the last, I was sitting on the top deck and thankfully most people were getting off but I was feeling more and more uncomfortable. I was having flashbacks to a time when I threw up on myself on the bus because of having messed up timing my medication. Every corner was torture, my heart was racing and my mouth was watering. I took a tiny sip of water at one point and not even ten seconds later I could feel it coming back up. I think I was the only one on the top deck by then but I wasnāt sure, I knew the water wasnāt staying down so I tried to discretely lean to the side and quietly let it up but instead I made an audible, almost cartoony sounding puke noise, it was so embarrassing I hope to god no one heard.
When it was time to get off, I was really worried I was going to fall because I was so shaky, and I had the wet patch on my leg where the water came back up. I managed to get off the bus and started walking but it was still crazy hot out and I was feeling really weak.
I slightly changed my route so I wouldnāt be on the busiest street if anything happened because I was getting so sure that I was going to be sick.
I stopped in the park because I needed to sit down or I was worried I would pass out.
Next bit is what I wrote on my notes while in park:
Stopped in [redacted] park for a second, want to get home so I can just throw up without anyone watching me but am really dizzy so donāt want to faint.
Sitting on grass in shade. No toilets nearby. A few other people on benches and walking around etc. I have my back against a tree to support be because Iām very wobbly.
Feeling really sick, my stomach is contracting and I have just had to spit some saliva onto the grass.
I was hoping getting off the bus would feel better but I donāt.
Been waiting fifteen minutes for stomach to settle, not daring to think water, trying to breathe slowly.
Tried getting up to go to a corner with no people but too dizzy. Heaved as I was sitting back down. Itās coming any second.
Just got sick, a small watery wave came up and I leaned to the side, tried to rest back against the tree for a second but then I was sick again on arm chest and lap, taking jacket off. Wish I could vomit quietly.
Came up again, puked into grass. Someone came and asked if Iām ok and I said yeah someoneās coming to get be so they would leave me alone. So embarrassed they probably think Iām drunk.
Trying to wipe off on leaves.
Itsbhapoening again, still feel very sick and full. Trying to breathe but keep retching.
Just got horribly sick four or five times on the grass and my hand where Iām leaning for support. Itās thick and hard to puke, Iām heaving hard and making so much noise. Iām scared someone will film me.
From after I got home - walked home slowly with jacket tied around waist to hide some of the vomit on my clothes. Sickness subsided but still very weak. Had a lukewarm bath but as I was soaking the sickness came back suddenly and I ended up being sick into the bath water so had to drain and start again. Have vomited one more time into a bowl since then and hope I am done but not sure.
Aww āļø you poor thing, you really don't sound well but that story is really hot. Were you done?
