gdhjgdj i’m STILL thinking about guildblog like i think i probably (really desperately) need to review how many characters are on it and probably tamper with the blog’s purpose a bit…… i may need to remove the submitted missions thing (until later, at least)

when i first conceived the blog idea nearly 3 years ago now i was deliberately planning to leave it slightly more open-ended and lighter on plot, but as time’s gone by and ive been passively stewing over it for longer its gradually gotten more and more plot-driven and complex as i imagine it. And at this point mixing it up with a billion reader-submitted missions could introduce too many plot threads to follow

at some points i’m still going to need mission fodder - but i think in those cases I’ll open up very limited submissions, only temporarily sghdfjfvb. first come first served and all that

i’ve got some teams i very much want to keep because i’ve had time to develop them and get attached to them, but others i really doubt I’d miss and don’t have much more than designs - those ones I’m probably going to reuse as minor background characters, or archive the designs for later use. The designs that are my own i might resell, but as most of them were traded from friends and followers years ago i don’t think it’s fair to do that with those, so I’ll sit on them a while longer.

@pokelover2001 - ive said this before n ill say it again: a d o r a b l e. ive been following this blog for. over a year now- coulda sworn the number used to be 2000- and honestly seein them on my dash is so g o o d it makes me happy to see

@mtoaultra - i admit im not great at followin too many blogs but lemme tell you. theyve improved so much n i like, dont know the mod but im proud of them. theres a cute ship from there that popped up on my dash all the time for a while too n it was adorable

i’ve had them in a spreadsheet for a while kicking myself for not progressing enough to get to ACTUALLY DO them

but hopefully now i can push through to at LEAST the first, introductory mission (not a reader-submitted one, part of the planned plot)..... after that THEN i can do bulletin board missions
