Reaching into his pocket, he pulled his cell phone out, unlocking the screen with a swipe of his thumb. Texting would probably be more reliable than calling at this point, since he knew that the person he was contacting had bad luck with answering calls...

Open Starter: Eye of the Storm
(( This open starter is for Craig’s supervillain persona, which is from the Unlikely Heroes: Lightning Strikes fanfic. You don’t need to read the fic to interact, but please be aware that he doesn’t act like “canon Craig” while in this guise. ))
– South Park at night was not the most pleasant of places: drunken hobos, enterprising aliens, and petty thugs were the norm at this time of night, as were other weird phenomena typical to the quiet mountain town.
What wasn’t common, however, was a localised electrical storm forming on the rooftop of one of the many abandoned inner-city apartment complexes.
A curious soul who’d reach the rooftop through a dilapidated fire escape would find a figure hovering a few feet in the air, the perimeter crackling with azure electrical energy. The figure, clad in a tasselled blue poncho, his head covered with a blue chullo, and his face half-obscured by a golden inca mask, seemed deep in meditative contemplation, his one visible eye closed as wisps of electricity flowed into him.
Eventually, he opened his eye, and his gaze seemed to pierce the very soul of the intruder as he stared right at them from his lofty perch.
【 ϟ 】 “Who are you to interrupt the meditation of a god?” The male’s voice echoed against the mask that partly covered his lips, and his tone was flat and emotionless. “Speak now, lest you be judged.”
