Self-love. ❤️ So many of us are not kind enough to our own self. We tear apart our appearance in the mirror or think we are not "good enough." 😔 It's such a toxic and unhealthy habit that distorts our state of mind and that can negatively reflect the way in which we treat other people around us. The key 🔑 to true happiness is rooted in self-love. Fully loving and accepting yourself, flaws included. ☝🏼And making positive changes in your life if you are not happy where you currently are.
