To all my fat girls. I get it. I understand that it’s super hard not to take being sexualised as a compliment when you’re struggling, when you’ve spent your whole life being told you can’t be seen as sexually attractive. But you deserve more than that, more than being sexualised or shamed. You deserve heartfelt compliments and adoration, not to be used as a sexual object and then hidden because that person is ashamed to be with you in public.

I know it’s hard, but sexualisation is not a compliment. It’s hard not to be envious of catcalling but it’s not a compliment. I know it’s hard. But trust me when I say you deserve better. You deserve adoration, awe, and love, not sexualisation and fetishising.
