I was months overdue drawing Daniel’s suffering so I had to pick @directium‘s Descension AU. >:3 Gwenvid happened a few chapters ago and it was basically Daniel’s fault. Now he gets to play third wheel to two of the three most annoying people in existence. Gwen’s fully aware of how annoyed he is about them getting lovey dovey and is letting him know that she doesn’t give a fuck. ;p

Dadvid Appreciation Week 2.0 Needs Your Help!

That’s right, folks! Dadvid Appreciation Week is making a comeback this year! I won’t give exact dates just yet (the idea is still in early stages) but I will say that there are plans for it to happen before the end of the year!

And there may or may not be plans to add an extra mod to this blog to help out with the event and just helping in general (because running this blog by myself has gotten tiring and I could use an extra hand). However, this post is about the next Dadvid Appreciation Week, so let’s get back to that and how you can help!

I would like to hear some possible suggestions for the themes of the week from you guys! I have a few ideas myself, but I’d love to get some input from all of you on what kind of themes you’d like to see for the week! Anything Dadvid-related goes, so long as, and this should go without saying, it’s not inappropriate.

Also there might be a few new rules added to the event this year, but I will be making a proper post about that in the future once the idea and things likes the dates of the week and themes are more fleshed out.

In any case, send me those theme ideas~! If I get too many, I will definitely narrow it down to seven and maybe save the rest for another event (or NEXT YEAR’s Dadvid Appreciation Week~). But you can never have too much Dadvid, so don’t be afraid to send in multiple ideas for themes! The more the merrier!

Can I just say that I love how kind the CC fandom is to Miles? I mean, they’re kind to all the writers but like

Miles dealt with a lot of shit writing the Chorus Arc for //R/v//////B, especially near the end. And I don’t even have to mention how hostile the //////RW//B/////Y fandom is to him, despite how hard he tries (and succeeds) to make the show good.

But the CC fandom? They’re so nice to him. We love him, and he gives us such wonderful episodes. Even when an episode isn’t exactly how we expected, even if the fandom itself has drama, that’s never directed at him.

I just….I love all the writers of the show, but after seeing everything Miles has gone through with the other RT fandoms, hearing him get so excited and passionate about Camp Camp and say that it’s his favorite…..man, I really hope he’s feeling proud and happy with himself because he deserves it.
