The park seems rather quiet today, the birds chirping being the only audible sound along with some kids laughing in the distance. Its a pretty morning.

Dai is sitting in a bench, calmly. His trousers reaching the floor makes for a funny look. Hes waiting for his companion.

[Ethan walks into the park, looking around until he finally spots Dai. A smile quickly covers his face. His pace quickens as he jogged over to him]

"Hello there!"

He perks up at the greeting, recognizing the voice. A smile appeared on his face.

Dai moves his head to where the voice came from "Hi!" He taps the bench next to him, inviting Ethan to sit at his side

[He quickly sits down beside him, putting his backpack underneath the bench, giving Dai a cheeky grin]

"If you want something to eat or drink, just say so..how was your day?"

"Mmhm, what do you have in there?" He asks with curiosity, he was indeed really thirsty to be honest.

"Ah, my morning was... Well?" He chuckles a bit "I mean, as good as it can be when you need little bug helpers to dress you up. Im still getting used to that..." The attention gets dragged to those little things, some ants resting on his cane at the side of the bench

"How was your day?"

[He picks the backpack back up again and opens it to look inside]

"I've got coke, water, apple slices, animal crackers and cat food..."

[He looks back at him again, then at the ants, then back at him]

"If you ever need help you can call me! My day was...well normal I guess? I was really excited for....now"

He gives a funny look "cat food? Do you have a cat?...Id like some coke tho"

His cheeks grow a soft red over the statement "Oh, you were?" A playful smirk appears on his face "Am I that cute?"

"....right I haven't told you"

[He stretches his hand out for Dai to shake]

"Hi, my name's Ethan and i'm a ferret hybrid. Also, yes. Yes you are."

[He then takes a can of coke out of his bag to give it to him]

Dai continues the gesture gladly. He takes the can.

"Nice to meet you, Ethan" he chuckles, the blind boys curiosity being peaked "So a ferret hybrid, huh? Tell me, what do you look like?"

"Ferret form or...yknow...human?"

"Hmm, human first!"

"welllll my hair is black....ummm I have really dark brown eyes- almost black! I'm like 3 inches taller than you and... that's about really all there is to say about me!"

"Alright, alright..." He keeps pestering a little more "is your hair wavy or straight? Do you have freckles? Any remarkable scars?" It looks more like an interrogation than a conversation now, but hey! Dai is just really curious!

[Ethan chuckes a bit at his persistance]

"Well...my hair is straight, but it's like really really fluffy so it kinda goes in all directions- I don't have freckles but I do have...well you can't really call them scars...but I have like these scratches all over me...my cousins and I used to play around a lot in our ferret forms and like that brought lots of scars from that- but as said they're so tiny you can't even call them scars!"

"Ohh..." He looks for his hair with his hand, then carefully ruffles it a little, testing said texture "Oh, it sure is fluffy!"

He takes a sip of Coke, his legs dangling excitedly "Now, tell me about your ferret form, I want to know"

[He went quiet for a few seconds at the touch, his own hand reaching up to Dai's]

"....yeah...oh- yeah my. My ferret form. It's uhm, it's white...but it has like this black undercoat? The fur is also really thick-"

"Hm? Whats wrong? You sound nervous"

"...I just get really woozy when peopke touch my hair or fur...I don't know it's like a weird tick- sorry if that weirds you out.."

"Oh- sorry!" He puts his hand away quickly "I shouldve asked first..." Ah, impulsive as always

"Oh no, it doesn't weird me out, dont worry. Im sorry if I made you uncomfortable" he smiles shyly "Has it always happened? The fur thing, I mean"

[Ethan immediately reached out for Dai's hand again]

"No- no i like it! I mean...I...uh...don't mind....."

[He sighed and pulls his hand back]

"..yeah it's pretty much always been there, since I can remember"

Dai felt his hand be pulled back, continuing to gently ruffle the others hair. Has he ever told anyone he loves ruffling hair?

"Alright," he leans a little closer to him "thats... Interesting. I had never heard of a ferret hybrid before! I wish I could see you tho, you are really cute for sure"

[Ethan leaned into the touch aswell]

"...I can turn into my ferret form for you, if you'd like? I know it's not exactly the same but you could feel it"

His face turned into a way softer expression

"Wouldn't you mind? really?"

"Obviously I wouldn't! I love being a ferret!"

"Okay then! Ill take good care of you, promise!"

[Ethan chuckles once more before transforming into his ferret form, climbing into Dai's lap]

Dai is beaming with excitement. He cant resist the instant urge to pet him, taking the now creature in his arms and gently caressing him.

Hes so soft, he thinks he might as well melt

"Yeah! You are indeed very cute!" He laughs at the sudden wave of softness that runs through him

[The ferret snuggles into his clothes, his head rubbing against Dai's hand multiple times]

Dai keeps him happily in his arms

"I hope this doesnt feel too weird" he mutters, before giving the little ferret a slight peck on its head

[The ferret starts wiggling a bit while making happy noises]

He feels the others happy movements under his touch, what he contemplates as permission to keep going. He continues giving him little pecks on it's head
