Though if thou art looking to transcend a different realm entirely one would have more luck in speaking to the God of Death, not the God of the Moon.” Although Gwyndolin could travel through realms, it was only extended toward themselves. “If I opened a portal meant for mineself, thine own soul might be damaged by moving forward. I could not guarantee thee arriving in one piece, as it were. And a soul split into pieces is rather unpleasant to witness.”

Poor thing—to be jaded when she has so few moons under her belt. Yet it is she that chose this unlife of assassination & vengeance. Regardless, Gwyndolin was not here to tell her to rise above.

“Mayhaps I will show thee something of use. One will always wonder what the state of home is.” & with a flick of his wrist they are where they are not. Standing in the fields near Winterfell while the Bolton’s banner falls and the Stark’s banner rises once more. “Is it not true, Arya, that wolves deal with their enemies far better in packs?” Go home, little one. You will need more than just your blade if you wish to survive this war.

I’m not sure how long I’ll last, but I’ll try to be back on these blogs. I’ve had some time to distance myself from what was making me feel bad. Though I’ll be dropping pretty much all of my current threads save for the one I have with @needlcd. I’m in need for a fresh start as it were.

‘  HOW  DO  YOU  KNOW  THAT  NAME?  ‘      or  her  goals,  though  she  wasn’t  going  to  admit  to  them.  he  was  some  strange-looking  NOBLE;  from  the  look  of  his  hair  and  his  bow.  and  he  knew  too  many  things.  she  didn’t  like  it.  it  set  her  on  edge.

“Please—” In a flash of radiant light they teleport a few feet away from offending blade. “—refrain.”  Though he cannot blame her for such paranoia, it does not stop the God from growing a tad cross. “The Gods know much more than just names, little wolf.” A pause as he smiles. “I am God of the Moon.” Darksun. Well, it’s far too late to call it that. (How time warps words & magick both.)

“Though I suppose thou wilt ask for proof. Shall I give it to thee, Arya Stark?” Though his tone is sincere the way he may show his true power might be considered cruel. What better way than to show her times that have not yet come to pass?

Even unto any stinking moss I face.”

“How very noble.” Words remain even—he need not remind Vailintin that they may never be able to go home. Gwyndolin is sure that is a reality they’ve yet to forget. “I will scrub thee free of this stench; I will not have thine smell desecrating my castle.” Soon as they are in Gwyndolin’s private washroom Gwyndolin motions for them to strip.

Lothric looks briefly to Lorian, who nods, not wanting to alarm his brother with sudden teleports. He vanishes in a flash of light, reappearing near Gwyndolin. It seemed like he’d given out more of his hoard lately than he’d found. Not much left to scavenge in the desiccated guts of the castle. “What is it?”

“Angel quartz.” Gwyndolin smiles widely. “I found it whilst walking through some caves. Perhaps some adventurer dropped their lucky charm long ago—it had been covered in spiderwebs and I almost missed it.” They drop the cracked orb delicately into Lothric’s hands.

“T’is a good workout, though I resented it back in the day simply because it was forced upon mine self.” Gwyndolin shrugs. It couldn’t be helped. “I did enjoy fencing, much to my Lord Father’s ire—t’was not feminine in his eyes. Though once I mastered illusions, I simply had my illusionary self attend classes that I did not enjoy or perceive as useful.”

The Dark Sun waits for a girl in the stable—she will be back. Of course she will be. It’s the very reason why the God has his eyes on her. Although he does not posses the foresight of some of his family long past, thousands of years of existence allows a certain, strange perspective. A full moon hangs overhead and catches long, silver threads of hair. There is a certain, well-practiced regalness to the slope of his shoulders.

Golden bow hangs from his back, though he doubts he’ll have need for it, it’s always best to be safe. The stars shine brighter whenever Gwyndolin walks the earth; the moon looks ever the more beautiful. It is the one truth they know for certain: as long as the moon doth shine, so will he. It’s the lightest of footsteps that alert him to the new presence. Cold winds blow and glacial gaze settles upon the entrance of the stable. “Arya Stark. Thou doth seek to avenge thine brethren, yes?”
