I noticed the GW Addiction website is down again - anyone know if it is still being maintained, or who might know? I'd love to suggest to them to move the archive over to AO3 before the fics that aren't anywhere else are lost forever.

Itās time for the GW Valentineās Day Event!
Itās super simple, all you need to do is tell me somehow (send an ask to myself @helmistressāā or the blog @thisweekingundameventsāā, pm myself or the blog, comment on this post (either here on tumblr, or on pillowfort or twitter), or message me on discord! Itās not an exchange, there are simply V-day prompts for you to work your magic with!

He knew Zechs had had an encounter with one such entity himself, but the man hadnāt been able to give him details at the time. He would probably have a few reports of the incident to read when he returned.

Heero had been a Preventer for years now, though his missions leaned toward protecting Foreign Minister Relena Darlian-Peacecraft and other diplomats. He didnāt chase down criminals, as he refused to shoot people with more than a taser anymore. He could still knock a larger man cold with his fists or his feet, Trowa and WuFei kept him on his toes in that department. And he could still use firearms, his aim was fine, he cleared all the regular testing all the time, he just didnāt want to risk killing people anymore.
If someone he detained wound up with the death sentence, that was different, theyād earned that, and he wasnāt the one administering it. Over the years heād become good friends with Relena and sheād even asked to date him once, but he wasnāt interested. Sheād taken it well, so that was something and working with her was never awkward.
Now the Preventers were sending in some of their best for hostage negotiations and extraction. Heād been informed that the person they were going to rescue was a diplomat, but not who the person was. Heād also been told their medic would be a certain sable haired man, it put a little more bounce in his step as he headed toward the briefing. He hadnāt seen Duo in a long time and he missed the quirky guy, though heād never admit that out loud. He entered the door as Duo was apologizing for something, his eyes finding him in his civilian clothes and withholding a smirk. āApologizing for things already Maxwell?ā
