your evade is kinda just. also a s1. except you also get an evade out of it. and if you have 3+ potency you get the reuse, which you don’t get if you use it normally

#limbus company #yi sang lcb #i think it might also be strictly better than his s2 #at least once you have 3 potency #even with the rupture conditionals fulfilled his s2 rolls a maximum of 23 #the literal only upside is the 20% slash damage but you get functionally the same benefit from quadricolor dimensions #which you get from evading so like. why bother altering the game plan

i initially thought the uptie 5 was kinda whatever and still not worth it but uhhhh

there is no conditional on the awakening to lower base power on clash lose like there has been on every other negative coin unbreakable skill

you can just lose a clash with it on purpose to guarantee that you roll at least a 37

and he can get one every turn from his evade without disrupting resonance

and the passive responsible for both the free s1 and his charge potency costs pure envy so it’s always online by turn 2

this id is awesome and anyone who says otherwise is lying and/or lacks the whimsy for envy res teams

i really hope scorchfield doesn't stay as a dawn office exclusive thing. like. please. stage effects are cool and them being locked currently to one faction each is. not good imo.

scorchfield isn't even like. a specifically dawn office thing. could easily throw that on liu or smthn. like i get bloodfeast only being bloodfiends. because yeah. but scorchfield is a pretty. generic burn concept.

ohhhhh. my dumb ass was over here wondering why everyone has been calling the new yi sang's kit mid or bad but i forgot that ☝️ hes rupture. so the standards are completely stupid.

#people want so badly to have a 100% rupture positive team #so they assume that every new rupture id is going to be the one to do it and get pissed when they don’t #they literally made a proper charge/envy id with an envy defensive skill that actually does something so he works on actual envy res teams #but he’s rupture count negative and doesn’t have explicit ego synergies so CLEARLY he must be trash
