Taking time to paint the top panel of the Node 202 while the rest of the parts have yet to arrive. The color is coming out very nicely, and I am excited to move on with the project.
The start of a new computer build is always exciting! Though this project does not get have a name, I'll be building a PC using the Mini ITX enclosure, the Node 202 by Fractal Design! This is a case that I've been excited to use for quite some time now.
For any artists looking for a cheap tablet PC,
contact me, and I can help get one together for you that will do you justice. And I won’t charge labor, either.
I’m talking about laptops with styluses and touch built in, running an i7 processor, 8-16GB RAM, and for a couple hundred dollars. Anyone interested?

Calling all artists!
I’m looking for some artists to help with a high end gaming PC design! It’s an elemental dragon themed computer, and I’m hoping to hire one or multiple artists to help with designs! If there are any artists who would like to contact me about this, feel free to, and we’ll go over some details! Please feel free to reblog this and share it with artists you know! Thanks!
Perhaps I wasn’t very specific, or I didn’t make it very easy to understand, but I’m wanting art for me to put on the build! There’s no need to design a computer. I’m just looking for art to put on it! Any artists are welcome to contact me for this, regardless of experience!
Business inquiries can go either to my DMs or to [email protected]

The Shift X has a footprint of just 170-by-274mm, but a height of 650mm. You can also lay it flat like a soundbar under your TV.
Phanteks is soon to release two new cases in August, and they look phenomenal. Hoping to use one of them in a future build. They would do well in a Home Theatre environment.
Project: Fenrir
Let’s start things off with a completed build.
This here is the first client build I have made, which was made for a close friend of mine, @alyeskawolf. It was a lot of fun to make!
This here is a budget gaming PC, which would only cost about $700 or so at the time of writing. Some parts for this build were supplied by the client.
The case I painted myself, both the spiral on the right side as well as the paw on the front. The front was made with acrylic - I cut out an opening in the front and placed the clear acrylic there so the fans could be visible in the front, which have red LEDs, not shown in the images.
I managed to delid and overclock the CPU in this build - an Intel Pentium G3258 - to 4.6 GHz stable. Temperatures stay below 50 degrees Celsius under synthetic load, which is great at an overclock like this one, leaving it so heat is at a minimum as well as lengthening the lifespan of the parts.
Overall, this was a very fun build to make and I look forward to making more! If anyone has any questions, or if they would like for me to build one for them, even, then feel free to message me! I do all kinds of PCs, and all kinds of budgets and price points.
I’d like to thank @alyeskawolf once again for letting me build this. I really enjoyed it, and I hope it serves them well for a long time.
Parts list can be found at PCPartPicker.com.
I’m not sure what to make as a first post, but here it goes.
Hello to Tumblr! I’m here to share my passion for building custom computers, and my push for hopefully making it into a career. My dream is to make building custom computers for clients be a job, as I absolutely love doing it. I love being able to build so many different things in such unique ways, and I love being able to make other people happy by making things to the best of my ability!
Here is where I’ll likely post things about the builds I work on and such, pictures of the hardware I use, and maybe things such as tutorials if anyone would be interested.
Thanks!
