I feel exhausted and worn down. My creativity is at a low and the struggle to keep my brain content seems like an everyday challenge. It’s hard to keep up with social media and be present. It feels like I create and create and create and get no return. I have become addicted to the “likes” and notifications and how many followers I have, yet it does not make me happy. I am unsure of my creative path as I head into 2019, but perhaps this is just a speed bump and I should take it easy.
