APPEARANCE
Khailan is a taller Xaela, though nothing extraordinary as he still finds himself dwarfed by the men of the Olkund. He has a muscular build as a result of spending his life fighting and training among the Buduga warriors, and a few scars here and there that he wears with pride. His silver, unruly hair falls down into his face, and a few tribal beads and ornaments hang from one side. Dark sclera contrast with piercing silver-blue eyes, and a smug expression often finds its way onto his face.
HISTORY
Youngest son of a great Qerel warrior, Khailan was only a boy of four summers when his family stumbled across a large-scale battle between neighbouring tribes on their travels. Khailan’s parents both jumped into the fray and ordered their children to make a run for it, but they never made it to safety. Khailan was captured by a band of Buduga fighters and dragged off, leaving his sister behind.
From that time onwards, Khailan was taken in by the men of the Buduga and raised as one of their own. Initially, he was reluctant to follow their ways and look upon them as anything other than his captors, but in time that would change. The boy came to see that in the Buduga, strength meant everything. And so he poured all of himself into his training, to become the strongest he could be.
Now, twenty cycles later, Khailan has long since earned himself a place among the tribe’s warriors. At first, he was content with this, but eventually change came to the Steppe and Khailan’s eyes were opened. Adventurers, traders, hunters - they all came to Reunion in droves, and told stories of the world beyond Othard. Deciding to leave his tribal life behind, Khailan made his way towards the port city of Kugane to begin his journey.

I play on Balmung, but I’m UK-based so I work more along the lines of EU timezones when it comes to scheduling roleplay. I am quite busy IRL with work etc. so plans can change from time to time - if you are interested in planning RP please be understanding that real life comes first!
