A Greek-style chickpea and tuna stuffed pita with dill-yogurt sauce for hot summer days when cooking is a no-no but you just don’t want a salad.

Ok so this is not quite going to be a recipe but more of an ingredient list. Just add however much or little as you like. You can even take out some things and add others, get creative!

My pita has:

Chickpeas

Cucumber (I took out the seeds in the middle part as it can be a bit watery)

Red bell pepper

Tuna (canned on water)

Black olives

Feta

Red onion

Chop it all up, mix it together with some dill, salt, pepper and lime juice. 

Then for serving I spread a mix of yogurt, dill, lime juice and sriracha sauce on the base of the pita, stuffed it with the above mix and then added a bit more yogurt.
