3. Choosing to be grateful when you feel like complaining.
4. Choosing to hang in there when you feel youâve had enough.
5. Knowing each new day is a true gift and fresh beginning.
6. Valuing others, and treating others well.
7. Investing in people instead of chasing things.
you have to get yourself out of bad places. you need to resist the temptation to let everything slip and become apathetic & cynical toward yourself and your life. you need to accept that it takes time to change and itâs ok to fall over as long as u get back up. every morning is a new start and things donât have to be this way forever. you can heal and you can change.
get used to casual glamour. you don't need to wait for "deserving" times to indulge. have glam as your basic setting. get your nails done, do your hair, wear your expensive makeup and perfumes, take that bag out. wear those silk pajamas and eat that fancy food. casual glam sets a standard for you. make it your new normal.
maybe if you take a hot shower. cook something. eat a little soup. feel a little sunshine. make something with your handsâit doesnât have to be big. maybe if you stretch your body and draw a silly little picture and get some rest, the world will feel like something your hands can still hold
