" Backstory "

Born with a rare heart defect, Reiai had drained most of their parent's money before they were even a month old. While their parents never hated them, in fact, their parents were happy to still have their child. Even if it cost most of their money, It was a happy and normal middle-class family until Reiai developed their quirk, Cursed love. They had accidentally used their quirk on their parents which had caused both of them to die. While a hero did come and find the young child crying in confusion, the hero blamed the kid and yelled at them assuming Reiai did it on purpose. Reiai didn't understand why the hero was, yelling all they knew was that they hurt people. After yelling at the Reiai, the hero called backup to help clean up the mess due to the incident. While the mess, was being cleaned up, the HPSC decided to make a cover story and practically erased Reiai's family, including their name, before throwing the kid into the streets. At the age of four, Reiai was renamed '零愛 - Reiai,' Meaning Zero love, by an orphanage that had rejected them. As Reiai grew up, they learned to resent the HPSC. This resentment turned into hatred. They lived off of stealing and hurting others. Due to their erasure by HPSC, all people knew of them was their appearance.

Quirk: Cursed Love

When Reiai uses Cursed love this causes the affected target to become dizzy with LOVE. LOVE makes the target feel a need to carve out the heart of the closest crush or lover before their own heart explodes. If not done within an hour the heart of the target will slowly increase in speed before exploding inside the body, effectively killing the target. If the target has no crush or lover they will not be affected by Cursed love.
