A redesign of Bokkun because I think his original design is meh in my opinion

I change his 'M' belt to 'W' and it stands for 'Whacky'. I made him chubby because he ate cakes and pies as seen in a episode from Sonic X and he ate snacks in some of comic issues of Sonic X. I add his nose and cybernetic arms.

And a theory I had...

He's a fat alien kid who lives in Sonic's homeworld who likes throwing bombs or explosive stuffs to his enemies who dislikes jokes, later he was kidnapped by Dr. Eggman and his 2 henchbots to be his cyborg servant who throws something explosives to his enemies, after getting either, being blackmailed by rouge or Dr. Eggman's creating Orbot and Cubot, he'll finally never becoming evil.
