it definitely can, especially if it's aspecting first house placements/rising/midheaven/10th house placements. even if not, neptunian influence in your 6th house can be seen in the way you take care of your health, which can ultimately be a contributing factor to how you're seen :)

OOF okay so pisces traditionally rules jupiter, which is the opposite of saturn, so this is a bit of a tricky place for pisces to be. there's something very nihilistic about this placement, definitely, time could be a major concern (as in, feeling like you're always running out of time). when i got my birth chart read, the guy that was reading for me made a really great piscean metaphor; pisces is all about death, but not physical death, but like the cycle beginning again; the death that provides life for new things. like a tree falling down and becoming a habitat for swamp life. stuff like that! this placement definitely points to existentialism in that way.

I’m reference to the Psyche question, so what does it mean when it Conjuncts Venus and trines Ascendant?

i would look at house and sign too!

conjunct venus would point to a person's personal journey being more forgiving (psyche also references "the hero's journey", how a person discovers their own abilities), could also reference a journey in how someone loves themself. trine ascendant is a bit less noticeable but it points to someone who is better able to accommodate new information from outside sources in ways that will help them grow.

your syanstry looks really good!!! 5th house moon is a generally comfort with each other and loving spending time and having fun with one another; mercury/sun 12th house is interesting because it's a more unconscious draw to one another and allows for work "behind the scenes" to be done; 11th house venus means you probably have a shared political ideology, weirdly enough! or have the same ideas about people. people watching could be a hobby of yours hahah

mercury/mars 1st house allow for a very direct line of communication, could be too harsh though, but you get each other's methods of communicating; 7th house moon is always good, especially for long-term commitments (it's the house of commitment) and promotes longevity in the relationship; 12th house venus is the same as the 12th house i mentioned before, but it promotes healing and gentleness to deal with unconscious shtuff

mc trine mercury allows for clarity of mind & speech when pursuing job opportunities, people see you as well-spoken; venus trine moon allows for a very open-hearted person that can balance emotion and physical healing.

psyche is the asteroid of "recognition of self", so conjunct venus, this journey of understanding yourself is acted out through your interests, comfort, and love of others (poetic!!) -- i see it as learning to understand yourself through relationships and love. for more context i would look at sign & house :)

I've been looking around for two synastry placements and wasn't able to get much information about it. It's saturn and lilith in the 12th house synastry. Do you have any idea what that could mean? so saturn 12th house synastry.. definitely has a difficult time understanding a person's "motives". it might feel as if some aspect of this person always seems unreachable or untouchable. like something is very.. withdrawn. there's also an aura of teaching & learning with saturn being here -- the saturn person teaches the 12th house person a little bit of realism in the areas they tend to drift, and the house person teaches the saturn person to let go a bit & dream in areas they're too harsh in. lilith also adds a little spice -- since the 12th house is about the unconscious mind, there's a draw the the lilith person, too. the house person definitely want to learn and indulge!!

so 8th house synastry! -- 8th house is a very "karmic" house, very very deep and intense. the moon being here can be somewhat of a downfall, as it can represent having to sacrifice your feelings/comfort for each other. there might be a bit of growth with each other to be made here, because you both definitely do it, but you might not realize it, so communication in this aspect is especially important and also very difficult. mars being in the 8th house is usually a warning regarding that person's anger -- mars and the moon being here, too, this person might have a tendency to be inconsiderate, albeit on accident. communication (obviously) is incredibly important!

so you both have an INCREDIBLY intense relationship, which may have felt sudden starting, and sometimes these have a tendency to end quickly, too (not saying it will). very much an opposites-attract situation too! might be a bit emotionally draining? make sure to get a bit of time to yourself to process and cool down, also.
