My moon falls into my partners first house, and his moon & mars falls in my 8th house.
my mars and sun fall in his 8th house.
my ascendant is his descendant, and his ascendant is my descendant.
what does this mean?

so 8th house synastry! -- 8th house is a very "karmic" house, very very deep and intense. the moon being here can be somewhat of a downfall, as it can represent having to sacrifice your feelings/comfort for each other. there might be a bit of growth with each other to be made here, because you both definitely do it, but you might not realize it, so communication in this aspect is especially important and also very difficult. mars being in the 8th house is usually a warning regarding that person's anger -- mars and the moon being here, too, this person might have a tendency to be inconsiderate, albeit on accident. communication (obviously) is incredibly important!
so you both have an INCREDIBLY intense relationship, which may have felt sudden starting, and sometimes these have a tendency to end quickly, too (not saying it will). very much an opposites-attract situation too! might be a bit emotionally draining? make sure to get a bit of time to yourself to process and cool down, also.
