Must admit that I sooo sick of sanding this captain phasma helmet LOL. Getting that high chrome Finish just involves so much dang sanding that my arm is about to fall off lol. No external battery pack or wires hanging down, no 1 piece mask with no removable faceplate, no heat susceptible brittle PLA, printed off some trash printer with no strength and no slapped on paint job or shoddy electronics. We do things the correct way. Durable solid ABS, Built in electronics, fully removable faceplate, and Automotive grade paints. It might take a bit longer, it might cost a bit more, though we always believe in doing things the right way rather than the quick and easy way. Moria backpack almost done printing, at proper size this time lol, to say this was a lot of printing would be a drastic under statement lol. Also seems flexible clear tube don't exist at this size soo looks like I got a lot of heat forming to do lol. Also added a ton of holes through out the pieces to accommodate all the lighting that's needed. Every once in a while I hear people say they don't want 3d printed stuff because it's brittle or fragile when it reality it's the person and thier machine making trash prints. And although I wouldn't recommend beating any steel pipes with your 3d printed prop, this stuff is a lot stronger than most people think and this is just our PLA+ prints with @esun3dfilament filament, our ABS stuff is even stronger #3dprint #3dprinting #prop #cosplay

Sephiroth sword breaks down pretty small though each piece is aroumd 12+inches tall which can be a bit of a Pain to print especially with ABS. Captain Phasma spear all done and Shiney and chrome :D the clear coat dulled the chrome a little bit but still super shiney.
