THE FAULT IN OUR STARS by john green
“The marks humans leave are too often scars.”
— John Green // The Fault in Our Stars
God i miss 2014 fandom era tumblr. Life was so shit but i read so many books and watched so many shows and fell in love with so many characters. I would stay awake at night listening to music and imagining love scenes or fight scenes or recreating whole novels with me as the main character, and I know we look back at that time and think it's cringe, but it was an escape from reality that I desperately needed back then, and I havent been able to recreate that since.
“Sometimes people don’t understand the promises they’re making when they make them.”
— John Green; The Fault in Our Stars
And so, here I am… choosing to honor my mother by killing my father. No longer Adrian Tepes. Choosing to be Alucard of Wallachia, the name of my mother’s people.
No one:
Loki in Pompeii:
excuse me while I cry
Thor… how did you even come up with that…
LOKI'S REACTION TO WATCHING THE OTHER GUY GET FUCKING VAPORIZED HAD ME HOWLING OMG---
HE REALLY STOOD THERE LIKE
Loki, 5 minutes after discovering/believing in TVA:
You weren’t born to be king, Loki. You were born to cause pain and suffering and death.
Loki Spoilers:
Highlights of the episode had to be Loki knowing about time heist because he could smell both Tony's colognes, him breaking down watching the reel of him with Frigga and Thor, younger Loki really was D.B Cooper because he lost a bet to Thor, and the "I don't enjoy hurting people" scene.
Loki: I'll kill you
Mobius: Like you did your mother?
Me:
Marvel gave us Loki crying and admitting that he doesn't enjoy hurting people but does it to feel in control. They gave us a young and charming Loki who lost a bet to Thor and had to rob a plane. They gave us a Loki who realised he still is an Odinson. They gave us a Loki who now knows his story doesn't have a happy ending. They gave us a Loki who deals with the truth of knowing he got everyone he ever loved killed. And all that happened in the first episode. I take back all my critism. This show will be better than Ragnarok.
