Miss seeing my ribs above my shirt. The lighting was real good here but normally can’t.
Deleted my socials again except this, so I’ll actually be able to go to bed and wake up when I need to.
Got back into crystals and tarot. Going to do some yoga right now.
I’ll be getting divorced tomorrow and I couldn’t be happier about that.
Ngl life is kinda good. I’m not as obsessed rn with counting and restricting, just eating smaller portions (except last night I binged on Chinese), and lower cal foods. Shiritake noodles are my addiction. And so so much fruit.
Now that I’m not with my ex my body isn’t in panic mode so it’s letting me eat real foods again lol.
Right now i mostly just wanna see my hip bones again and build my core strength back up a bit. It’s been months since I’ve worked out for real, probably almost a year.
Not mad at my body though, I got up to nearly 150 again at one point this winter, but I had just moved and was too broke to buy groceries so all I had to eat was McDonald’s every day lol
Still drinking alcohol for right now but I’ll probably cut it out soon. I know I’ll drop about 5lbs when o do hahaha

Back at it once again y’all. Since anyone heard from me here (if anyone’s still here) I was married. I’m not anymore. Glad that’s over. I moved states and changed jobs and I basically have a new life. I kind of didn’t have time to focus on food honestly.
