I feel like I need to make a confession.

My name is Liz, and my dogs are my children. Like, actually my children. I feel like if one of them got hurt and needed to stay overnight at the vet, I’d beg them to let me stay overnight with them. I actually hired my dog sitter/walker to move from LA to Atlanta, where I film, to take care of my three dogs (Bubba, Lucy, and my precious son Otis).

No seriously. I think know I have a serious problem, here. Is anyone with me in this?

They’re part of our family so I don’t think there’s anything wrong with treating them as such! Fair enough. Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to bags so that’s understandable. One of my group members has a girlfriend and her bad is huge too. Then again, she tends to carry a neck pillow and that won’t fit in a little bag. We had a blast with James! We got to meet Ashton Kutcher too. We all played a giant game of hide and seek after performing. 

I either go with a crazy oversized bag or something very small somehow. Its like theres no in between. I should probably work on finding a happy medium. I know James is a blast, and I haven’t met Ashton but he seems like he would be a lot of fun. I’m so jealous that sounds like a great time!

My mom has a giant one and she stores everything in there. It weighs as much as two bricks, at least. I’m doing really well! We just wrapped up the Grammy’s and now we’re getting ready for James Corden to have us on his show.

once in a great while the random things in my purse come in handy, but most of the time it’s just making it heavier which i guess is a good workout so i cant complain about that. that sounds like fun, james is hilarious, being on his show is always a great time hes so entertaining. definitely feels more like fun than work which is nice! are you excited?

20 days into 2020 and it’s just kind of…I don’t know, surreal still? 

2019 was a pretty big year for me though. 

Three movies and ten episodes of a tv show….yeah, that’s pretty cool. 

But I also wrote a book. And it just fucking blew up. I never expected it to be as big of a deal as it was….it’s just mindboggling?

And in case you’re wondering: Avan rhymes with Gavin. And you pronounce the J in Jogia just like you would in juice, and the G is a normal sound…like in gum. Maybe that helps?

I was having a conversation with a friend of mine and now I’m intrigued to know everyone else’s answer. If you had to pick an inanimate object to represent you, what would you choose and why? I think I’d pick a microphone, violin, piano or guitar. Mainly because it shows my love for music and arts. The feedback my group has been getting from fans around the world is insane. Our album isn’t even out yet, aside from my interlude and a track called Black Swan – but the album itself has over three million pre-orders. That’s so crazy but we’re thankful, very thankful. I’m extremely curious, what do you think your biggest accomplishment is? No wrong answers, of course. An accomplishment is still a win, no matter how big or small, and should be praised.

Wow! I feel like that has to be breaking records right there. You’ve already basically sold 3 million albums and it isn’t even out yet, it can only go up from there right? I think one of the accomplishments I’m the most proud of is my Vogue Paris shoot, I was able to reenact a whole bunch of iconic Princess Diana photoshoots and outfits which was totally awesome!

I never realized how uncomfortable it is to sleep on your back until I have no other choice but to do so. I wake up with a stiff neck and sore muscles on top of the bruised ribs and broken ankle I suffered in the crash. The worst part of this whole ordeal is that I have to prop my bad leg up above the level of my heart, which blocks the television so when I’m not sleeping, I have to watch Netflix on a tiny arse screen. The one shining light in all this has been Maisie. She has been amazing throughout all my whining and complaining so I need to think of some way to pay her back for putting up with me. Does anyone have any suggestions other than the obvious compliments and snuggles I’ve been giving her? @hfrpstarters​

Sleeping on your back can be uncomfortable, but I think that it’s probably dull in comparison to the discomfort of bruised ribs and a broken ankle! How long have you been laid up like that? I hope the time goes by quickly for you. It’s good that you have someone around to take care of you. I don’t know her so it’s kind of hard to answer that question but does she like flowers? Sometimes they can really brighten someones day. Maybe a day at the spa?
