A fun little fact I learned about drinking water 💧💧💧 today * especially for anyone that has digestion issues It is ideal to NOT drink water while you eat.... if you take a few sips here and there that's fine🙂🙂 but try and save majority of your water drinking for 30 minutes before you eat or 1 hour after you eat. If you're constantly drinking water you're not allowing your stomach to properly produce the acids needed to digest your food so it is best to be mindful of drinking water around your meals not during 🙂 Thank you @ #themodelhealthshow for all the wisdoms you share 💜

Having a cup o tea before bed helps my mind relax ... I used to suffer from very bad #insomnia .. Over the past few years I've been working hard to change my #lifestyle in a big way! Getting on a regular #sleepschedule has been BY FAR the greatest gift I've ever given to my body and mind 💖 It takes time because like any good habit, you have to work hard to make it stick ! 🙂
#taco & #laundry Tuesday 😍 All approved to enjoy on my cut 😍 Living on a budget and sticking to my fitness goals can be tough but tacos make it so easy! Just a few changes and you have endless #fitfriendly meals Tacos I enjoyed today I had: -Ground turkey mixed with Mccormicks GF taco seasoning -white rice -black bean -fresh greens -verde taco sauce -corn tortillas So delicious ‼💜
