Okay hear me out. What if Armand (and Daniel as an accomplice) kills Regina?

IWTVTW is going insane over that one quote about DM fans not wanting to be in the fandom after ep6. But what if this is meant in less of a ‘Daniel’s gonna die’ sort of way and more so in a ‘the fandom’s going to be livid with the characters’ kind of way?

It would make sense as it appeals to Armand’s agenda of not wanting Daniel to be anywhere near Lestat. Daniel says that he has a contract and what better way to terminate said contract than severing ties with Lestat altogether? The ramifications of Armand killing Regina would be devastating, and would have a severe impact on Louis and his mental health, and therefore would have an impact on Lestat too - especially if they’re starting to get closer again as the stills from ep6 show.

I’m going to think on this more because I’ve literally just thought of it. But I’d be interested to know your thoughts on whether this would be plausible or not

Hello AMC I desperately need to know Daniel’s immediate verbal reaction to ‘it wasn’t my love for Louis, Daniel. But it was love.’ And I need to know it now thanks

Going to need a confirmation that Daniel was NOT turned immediately and was NOT turned as revenge for how he exposed Armand. I need a flashback to past DM in which Armand is Alice and he integrates himself so much into Daniel’s life that he slowly becomes infatuated with him. Then I need a flash forward to straight after Louis leaves Dubai where Armand is conflicted on whether to kill Daniel for what he did (because this is what he would normally do to someone who’s wronged him) but because of his love for Daniel he struggles to bring himself to do it, just as he did in Paris when Santiago wanted him to kill Louis. So instead, because he can’t bear to part with him through death or through never seeing him again, he changes him into a vampire. But then Armand abandons him out of guilt and shame for breaking his own solemn vow not to make a vampire and leaves to reconsider his history, his character, and what creating a fledgling has done to affect those things. But the bottom line is that he leaves without explanation, and this is why Daniel grows bitter towards him.
