Brilliantly Beautiful.
A very simple concept, but really effective. The projections just add an element of life and dynamics to the piece as well.

This is quite widespread in the CMM world at the moment, but I thought I'd share it here for those who haven't seen it yet.
You can find the Making Of the sounds here.

Holy mother of God, this video makes it all look so simple. The AE work just blew my mind. Love it! Inspiration to finally get going on my own AE work.

Only two people at a time are allowed to enter the mirror-covered room with tiny color shifting and glowing balls hanging from the ceiling. When you enter, you understand why. Space is limited - while the room will feel infinite. Entering the work of art is like to gain access to a secret part of one’s inner world and Gleaming Lights of the Souls is emerging as a reminder of man’s enormous inherent potential.
Awesome installation, simple but really effective. Not really related to my work exactly (there's not enough code visible, haha) but the style and impact is something I love, and something I hope to be able to produce one day.

Some really awesome Typography posters... I need to learn how to do this.

AntiVJ
AntiVJ are performing at FutureEverything, and I'm truly hoping I get a good look at their work, however it's not the first time I've seen them. They've produced some amazing work, and I can only hope to be as good as they are one day. This is the sort of work I'd like to be doing in 5 years, sitting in my Manchester studio with some like-minded people...

An amazing rendering, I thought it was real at first glance. Created in C4D, another perfect example of the power of C4D! I love it.

Imogen Heap: Musical Gloves
Musical, Electronic Gloves to control variables inside Music Production Software.
Imogen Heap, an award-winning musician, uses a range of sensors, detectors and input devices to control settings and trigger sounds inside Ableton Live, using nothing but her body and some technology. Using gyroscopes, buttons and other devices and some MIDI-Mapping software, this would be more than achievable and quite interesting to try out; After all, the input can be mapped to almost anything! I have an Arduino Uno already, so buying a few parts from Maplin would make this quite achievable.

A cool, exclusively Processing blog posting interesting B&W patterns and artwork written in Processing! Processing is quite interesting, it's amazing for making interactive applications and works great with audio-reactivity and MIDI-Input. Expect some Processing sketches from me in the future, I plan to make some amazing pieces that work with MIDI-Input from my keyboard. Stay tuned!

Amazingly realistic, really impressed with this! I'm quite sure it's created in C4D. The last few images I've posted have been quite 'fake', however this rendering really does tell me the capabilities of C4D. Before this I felt that 3ds Max was more suited for realistic renderings, and C4D was more artistic, however I can see now that C4D can do both! I assume 3ds Max can do too.

A video created in C4D, very awesome effects on the hairs. Extremely professional feel, definitely the sort of work I'd like to produce in a few weeks time! Also a very great blog to follow, features a new piece of work created in C4D every day.
-Chris.
A 3D model created in Cinema 4D, which coincidentally is the inspiration for decision to learn C4D myself! I've grabbed myself a Student Licence for it (saved me a good £2500) and I've got it all installed and set up! I am however in the midst of battling with 3ds Max so C4D will have to wait a month or two, I'm afraid.
Sorry Maxon!
-Chris.
Wow, this guy is AMAZING! Cinema 4D and 3ds Max, absolutely amazing. Inspiration for my own work. And only 20 years old, too... I better get working!
