“Hi, love.” Tink beamed and leaned in to kiss him lightly on the mouth. “Might I ask what you were doing on the ground?”
“I was just chilling out because honestly--- Yeah, I was waiting for you. We’re heading out. Are you ready?”

“Hi, love.” Tink beamed and leaned in to kiss him lightly on the mouth. “Might I ask what you were doing on the ground?”
“I was just chilling out because honestly--- Yeah, I was waiting for you. We’re heading out. Are you ready?”
tinabell-tink:
“Not when his girlfriend is standing and waiting for him.”
“Fine, fine,” Gus pulled himself up slowly, making a silly face as he did so. “I’m up, I’m up.” He beamed. Stepping forward, he wrapped his arms around Tink’s waist. “Hey gorgeous.”
“Can’t a man lie on the ground?”
m–muse:
“I needed a walk.” She shrugged, drawing her arms around her body. “I just came right from the studio. Besides I could ask the same of you.”
Nodding slowly, Gus sat in a more comfortable upright position. “I’m out because Tink’s bathing all the animals and it’s her thing. I’ve been helping all day so I came for a break.”
m–muse:
Mary had taken a walk that afternoon to try and find… something. She’d been spending all her days locked up in the studio unable to make anything at all. She’d hit a wall creatively and everything she tried just looked awful. But the lingering rays of the warm sun felt amazing on her skin. She’d barely even noticed the figure in the grass, much less recognized him until she was far too close. “Nothing. Sorry. Took a wrong turn I suppose.”
At her voice, Gus exhaled as he sat up. “Bit of an odd turn to end here. It’s barely a place you accidentally come across, is it?” He pulled his hood up to warm his ears. “What’re you doing out on your own?”
Gus stretched out across the park grass, staring up at the dimming sky. He’d taken a stroll, just for a breather. Time had been busy lately. Living with Tink was nice, but sure sometimes took it out of him. This was how he wanted his future to be though. It was all settle down and get itself together eventually. The place was so quiet that he heard the stranger approaching. “I know you’re there,” He called, not moving from his spot. “What do you want?
“Holy fucking shit, babe.”
“Plus, gotta do something big for One Year.”
“Babe. For real? That’s expensive. And crazy awesome. But also just crazy. Are you real life?”
“Don’t worry about the money, okay. It’s done and booked now anyway.”
“Are you being serious?”
“Deadly.”
“That sounds… expensive.”
“So?”
“Um, I haven’t really planned anything that far in advance, why?”
“Fancy going on a cruise to see the Northern Lights?”
“I love you.”
“I love you more...
... Hey, what’re you doing in November?”
“Wait, really? You don’t have to do that for me unless you want to, Gus.”
“I want to do it for you. I know it’ll make you happy.”
“I missed you so much. I made clothes for all of my cats while you were gone.”
“I miss you too, a lot. And the poor animals. Also I saw my parents. I have news. They’re coming over at the end of the month and you get to meet them then. Promise this time.”
“HI OH MY GOD. I love you.”
“Hey, babe. I love you too.”
You’re a great boyfriend, never said you weren’t. But you’re really shitty at being a brother sometimes.
Sorry that we can’t all date someone as great as you. I’m too childish to date anyways.
Did you not hear me? I’m out. Don’t call me brother again-- Or call me at all in fact.
No. You’re not sorry. I’m sorry that we can’t all fuck our way into a loving and happy relationship, alright Angus?
And as you’ve just told me, you don’t care about my love life, so stop trying to come in and tell me that people treat me like crap. Did you know that I figured that out for myself?
Oh surprise surprise, my apology isn’t taken seriously. There’s a lot more to sex in a relationship actually and in case you didn’t notice, I’m doing fucking great at it. I just hope that one day you actually grow up. Good bye, you fucking child.
