MUST SEE. Alber Elbaz working his magic backstage at a Lanvin show in 2011.

BACKSTAGE DRAMA MOMENT: Alber V Abbey; Elbaz confronts Abbey Lee Kershaw as she's having difficulty walking in 12cm heels. Watching her on the runway, he says "she looks almost like she's drunk". Then he confronts her backstage.

Elbaz: "Abbey, I'm about to cancel you. You cannot do the show. I mean, I thought you were going to faint on us in there. I don't know what happened. Are you not feeling well?"

Abbey: "No, no, no, I feel fine. I have broken both of my ankles before and it's just…it's a certain angle. If I could just change the shoes to the other ones."

She broke BOTH ankles. Give her a break. (break... geddit?)

P.S. If all else fails, I'm going to apply for a position as professional shoe scratcher for Alber. "Scratch the shoes! Scratch the shoes!"
