Night of the Comet is a pretty great movie. This was one of those movies SciFi would air occasionally back when they aired good movies every so often.

Bio Zombie. Sort of a precursor to Shaun of the Dead in tone. If you can, get the DVD (I think it's by Media Blasters, though, I could be wrong) which features two subtitle tracks (English and the fucking incoherent mess you usually get when you pirate the movie) as well as an English dub track.

In the Year of Our Lord 1991, our class went to a pumpkin patch where we would be allowed to pick a pumpkin and take it home. I found a white pumpkin, which I thought was totally rad because it's like a ghost pumpkin. Anyway, the pumpkin had the name "Lucas" written on it, which was the name of the person who claimed it. I told them that I'm here and Lucas is not. Needless to say, I took Lucas' pumpkin home. Fuck Lucas.

Day of the Dead in its entirety on YouTube.

I had seen the first two Dead movies a long time ago, but didn't get a chance to watch this until 2004 when Sci-Fi would air the same four or so horror movies every Sunday. It was pretty much the only reason to watch Sci-Fi at that point. It's a great movie, even when it's censored (to be fair, though, it wasn't censored too bad on Sci-Fi).

It's definitely worth getting this on DVD or Blu-ray.
