How to Make a Plastic Milk Jug Skull
The trick to this DIY is having a resin master skull and heat gun. Then you can use the master skull over and over and over again to create more skulls. The only limit is how many plastic jugs you have.
I found a bunch of resin skulls on EBAY. This one was $15.
