Early morning, sunrise, yoga by the river, bike rides, reading by the lake, eating greensā¦
I did it! My challenge was a success ! So I woke up around 5:30 a.m. and by 6 I was outside biking to join a free yoga class by the RhĆ“ne river (started at 6:45)! I actually went really early to watch the sunrise and listen to the nature sounds! It was my first ever class and Iāll definitely will be back it was super cool! I might go tomorrow evening to the lake for an another group session š
Then I went to work by bike and was quite productive ! When I was finished I went to the lake shore and read for an hour, then I got home to my cats and wonderful boyfriend, took a good shower and ate a tasty salad ! It was a beautiful day ! Hope yours was as cool as mine !

I want to be the best version of myself. I want to be proud of myself. I want to love myself. I want to achieve my goals. I want to be happy.
It is hard to follow ones dream, to be disciplined, to study, to work out, to eat healthy, etc. Everything that we should do is hard, nothing is easy at all. Yet I would rather exert myself than hate myself and my way of living.
I am ready to change. I want to change.
- 100 days of productivity challenge - always going to do my homework or try to at least - and do them as soon as I have the time to instead of waiting until I must do them - create a study plan for the next two months - be active during class, listen, answer questions, ask questions, get that B in oral - be organized, probably thanks to my bullet journal - try to build a better relationships with all my teachers accept that one stupid ass fucking man who wants me to fail I hate him - read more books, English, German and Italian - always take notes
- gym five times a week - cardio and weight lifting - 3 exercises for ass, 2 for arms and 2 for arms - drink a lot more water - more walking, less bus takingĀ - more bike riding, less bus taking - healthy diet - always use stairs if possible - no more eating 5 hours before going to sleep - three meals, three snacks - never go hungry! never skip meals! - meal prep if necessary - one cheat snack a day because I love sweets and they make me happy
- toxic people are not part of my life anymore, bye - no unnecessary beef anymore - try to not be as stressed anymore, mediate, do some yoga - 8 hours of sleep - fuck boys and girls and every other person who wants to put me down - cleanse, exfoliate, shave, take care of my nails, etc - put my own interests first, take care of myself first - smoke less cigarettes - be thankful, be kind - less negative vibes and thoughts, be optimistic or realistic - listen to my gut instead of my heart - never ever let a toxic man inside my life ever again
- If something is not your problem then it shall never be your problem - Fuck them - Enjoy your life, do what you want - Be honest to yourself, love yourself - Be real to those who are real to you

How to pump yourself up for a workout you donāt wanna do
Usually Iām working out after an 8 hour day of work/class and sometimes I am just NOT feeling it. But consistency is key and exercise is important!!! So I have a few tricks up my sleeve to get my booty to the gym (so I can grow that booty)
1. Drink water. Hydration is everything!! And sometimes all you need is a big ol bottle of ice water to wake you up and make you feel super refreshed.
2. Splash water on your face. Sometimes Iāll just splash some cold water on my face to invigorate me, so simple but so effective.
3. Have a snack. Preferably some carbs and protein. I like almonds and orange slices, crackers and hummus, banana and almond butter, and my current fav, whole wheat bread with half an avocado, sea salt, and EVOO. Droooling.
4. Do a quick warm up. Sometimes Iāll do some basic calisthenics just to remind my body how good it feels to move. A few minutes of jumping jacks, burpees, or squat jumps can really wake you up and do wonders for your energy levels.
5. Update your playlist. New music always gets me so jazzed to workout!! Spend a few minutes downloading some new jams to get you real hype to go hard at the gym.
6. Have some caffeine. A lot of studies have shown that caffeine before a workout can be really effective. I like to have a cup of green tea, my friends do espresso shots, whatever works for you!! (Dark chocolate works great as well)
7. Remind yourself why youāre working out. Most of us have fitness goals whether thatās running faster, lifting stronger, losing weight, or looking hot in a bikini (or maybe all of the above!!!). Spending a couple minutes meditating on your goal before a workout can really bring about some powerful feelings of intention and focus.
8. Get a workout buddy. Working out with someone and having a schedule really holds you accountable. Itās easier to let yourself down and not go to the gym than to let your friend down and not show up, you know.
9. Do an at home workout instead. Thereās soooo many awesome videos out there on the internet so if you really donāt want to go to the gym, you can easily find a killer workout video of your choice on the web.
10. Take a warm up walk outside. Fresh air and nature are really quite powerful. When Iām feeling sleepy, I find that just being outside and breathing in fresh air for a few minutes really does wake me up and make me feel more energized for my work out.
11. And of course, take a rest day and listen to your body. If youāve been going hard for weeks and youāre feeling tired, just take a day off and donāt beat yourself up over it!!!! The gym will always be there tomorrow and your body will be grateful for the break.
