Stop eating like an asshole…
I listen to people all the time complain about not making progress with their weightloss, and the harsh truth it’s their own damn fault. You have to commit 100% into eating better and training harder in the gym. It is no one’s fault other than your own. You have complete control over what you put into your body. The food you put into your body either fights disease or feeds it. It’s 2018, most people carry the entire sum of human knowledge in this pocket, so not knowing that a can of Coke or any other sugar filled processed trash is harmful to your body is no excuse.
You have to live it everyday, put in the hard work everyday, and stick to your diet. Guess what? You did not earn that cheatmeal. Odds are, like most people, you had micro cheatmeals through out the week so you don’t shovel down that large pizza Friday night. Sorry, but if you want to be healthy, and most importantly, feel better. You have to make a drastic lifestyle change and cut the shit out your diet. I’m not sorry if I hurt your feelings. You need to hear this and you need to change today.

A time may come in your life when you may need to defend yourself, or your family. Hopefully, you will be physically prepared and not left to the mercy of those wishing to do you harm. Make yourself hard to kill. Train your body in the gym. Learn jiu jitsu. Carry a gun. Be prepared.
It’s more than just ripping weight off the ground. A few fundamental cues you should being thinking about during the deadlift.
1. Push through the floor. Think of the deadlift as less a pulling motion but as a pushing movement. Focus on drive your feet to an external point below the platform.
2. Butt back, not down. It’s like you’re using your ass to close an imaginary door. We are thinking hinge not squat squatting at the hips.
3. Proud chest, not chest so far up that there is a huge arching of the spine. It’s active, engaged shoulders & traps, squeezing an imaginary tennis ball in the armpits.
4. Gravity wants the bar to go up and down in a straight path, so keep it close to your body. Minimizing any deviation in the bars path up your body.
5. Push out with the knees like someone has their hands on the outside of your knee pushing , hoping they buckle. So push out against the force .

Stuck at home is no excuse not to workout. Staying physically fit during this time is crucial to building a strong immune system. Laying on the couch all day and eating like shit is not the answer.
Don’t have gym equipment at home? No problems. All that you need is yourself, and a little bit of motivation. The Minimalist, a 30 day workout program that only requires you to work. It’s not an easy program, you will but in a high volume of pushups and pull-ups, but I guarantee you’ll come out of quarantine with a high level of General Physical Preparedness (GPP).
