rating the dream smp members based on how developed their character is (get ready it’s long)
dream: 8/10 - we dont get to see his POV but it’s still good that he’s consistent with his characterization of being a villian
george: 2/10 - he had a thing going with el rapids but we haven’t seen much of him since apart from like tales from the smp and other small oneshot things
sapnap: 6/10 - again with el rapids and the whole pet wars thing, but he was a bit inconsistent with being on dreams side or not, i really hope he decided to be more involved in plot now
awesamdude: 6/10 - i’m loving the prison arc and i can’t wait to see what happens with that, but i wish he would get more involved in the main plot
bad: 6/10 - i LOVE what is going on with the egg but i really wish it made its way over to the main plot and i hope bad does more with the badlands in a instigator type way
tommy: 8/10 - not super consistent with the whole “betraying” thing, but a very good character who learns some valuable lessons and has legit problems to deal with
tubbo: 8/10 - i feel like he could go far with his character, but i also want him to realize that he doesn’t need tommy for everything and that he’s his own person
punz: 7/10 - i cannot wait for the spy part of his work to come into play with the main plot, cause i know that it will become aparent sooner or later
fundy: 9/10 - one of the most developed characters so far, he has backstory and trauma that makes sense with his family and character and he is taking that trauma and turning it to something else which makes sense
wilbur: 8/10 - he was a knockoff JD from heathers but he also gave the storyline a reason to keep going and it was pretty in character for him to go insane with his own family trauma and the loss of his own nation that he founded
ghostbur: 7/10 - listen, he’s a good character, but i wanted him to be more plot relevant than he was at first but we eventually got there
schlatt: 8/10 - he’s a character who we weren’t supposed to sympathize with and it really shows with how he played him, he was a villain from the start and he played that role to the end, and even after
skeppy: 6/10 - again, love the egg, but i just wish it was more relevant to the main plot
eret: 7/10 - i feel like a lot of what eret does is mostly impulsive and maybe even out of character at times, they switch sides a lot but that could just be apart of their character
jack: 7/10 - super excited for his “villain arc”, that’s really all i have to say, i like his character and hope he actually gets take seriously
niki: 8/10 - she really knows that she hasn’t been shown the respect she deserves, even from day one, and good for her for realizing she deserves better treatment, and i think that her character is going to only get better and better from here on out
quackity: 9/10 - he’s been in the plot since the election arc and he’s only grown as a character and it shows, he has dealt with so much as a character so it makes sense how he’s dealing with the repercussions of his trauma from schlatt
mexican dream: 7/10 - why did he have to die?
karl: 7/10 - he is getting more and more into the plot and i hope he does more with the tales from the smp and stuff and i hope we get to see more of his character in the main plot, though he was jumping around a bit with were he sided himself and other things like that
techno: 9/10 - his character has ideals and morals and he sticks to those things very closely, he knows where his loyalty lies and he isn’t afraid to say that, he has some issues with betrayal and is overall really well developed
phil: 8/10 - he has some,,,,odd morals you could say, but he definitely sticks to those morals, he is very consistent with how he deals with things and how he interacts with characters
connor: 5/10 - he’s only here because he was roped into the whole hostage situation but he handled it very well in terms of rp-ing
puffy: 7/10 - i really hope she gets more involved with niki’s arc and maybe gets her own arc sometime in the future, but she is pretty consistent and im all about that
ranboo: 10/10 - wonderful, in both the backstory and how he is showing that backstory to the audience, he was thrown into the plot and decided to just give us everything we could’ve asked for and i appreciate him for it, also he’s doing a thing where he’s learning about himself while the audience also learns about him, it’s really cool
