I am so bored and depressed at the same time and it just turns out that the dopamine from falling in love with someone didn’t fix my depression and struggle with dopamine deficiency and depending on another person for my own mental health wellbeing was stupid.

And being bored and depressed at the same time means that I want to do something, but nothing appeals to me. There’s nothing I want to do, really. But still my brain is shouting at me to do something but I have no idea what.

I am suffering.

I have two partners currently so definitely not single.

I also redid the Myers’s Briggs personality test and now I am ENFP-T! So that’s also interesting. :) I’m now extroverted and less judgemental. That makes sense!
