I made this pattern for a friends birthday, they really like the game so.... anyway if I did it again I think I would make the body/legs more straight like the sprite and not so - nutsack looking - Here's the pattern if anyone else wants a go to improve it :' ) Would love to see it if you do ! I'm happy to answer any questions. notes : I use US terms even though I'm a filthy brit. I'm sorry I didn't count the stitches- I used scrap yarn so don't ask. I also used a 2.5mm hook (just use what you're comfortable with, it only changes the size of it). Legs : mr6 incx6 sc,inc around sc around - 1 2 3 rows f.o first leg but NOT the other, connect together by joining with a sc mark this place (36) Body : sc around 1 2 rows sc 16 d x2 (34) sc8 d,d, sc11,d,d,sc7 (30) sc6d,d,d,sc3 x2 sc7,d,sc10,d,sc3 sc9,dx2 sc6,d,dx2 f.o and leave long tail to sew head to body.
Arms : mr4 incx4 sc around - 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 rows sc tog f.o
Eyes : mr6 inc 6 sc,inc around sl,f.o - white mr 3, sl f.o
Tears : ch 8 ,ch1turn ch8,ch 1 turn x2 ch 8 sl, f.o
Mouth : mr, ch2 dc5
I sewed it together like this - head to body. arms to body. mouth in the middle, tears 1 stitch away from the mouth corners, then eyes on top.
