I usually love winter but trying to train for a marathon in it is becoming really annoying messing up my long run schedule...

Im curious how much water my diet followers consume per a day. I bought a 2.2 litre bottle, should I drink more than that per a day to help with weight loss?
half your weight in ounces. Its what I do. Anybody else got some tips?
I shoot for 64-96 oz depending on how much caffeine or salty stuff I consume in a day.
As long as you drink when you are thirsty you are good, drinking more does not help you lose weight, it’s a myth
I try and drink 80 ounces a day. There is no math behind it except, that I sucked at drinking water, and I had to train myself to do so. I started small with like 40 ounce goals for amount and worked my way up. I tried to go past 80 ounces but it just was too much for a day sometimes. So I stick to the 80 ounces minimum now to at least achieve,
I drink about 2.5L/ day while I am at work/ commuting then depending on how much I run probably 1L+ more at home.... I’m probably overwatered 😅

Changed jobs and the way the pay period (and trip previously planned) line up I get paid this week (basically my whole check is going towards rent) then I don’t get paid until the end of December............
