Homemade Mongolian Beef 😍🤤

Need a new supper recipe? Try some homemade Mongolian beef!

Recipe:

• Coat Flank Steak in cornstarch

• Cook in pan with oil until brown then remove.

• In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup soya sauce, 1/4 cup water and a corn starch slurry (small amount of cornstarch and water mixed together, this will help thicken sauce once heated)

• In same pan that you cooked the meat, add a little minced garlic, ginger and your sauce.

• Allow sauce to simmer until it has thickened enough to coat meat.

• Add cooked meat to sauce and serve with rice!

Optional: Garnish with green onion.
