The girl stares. “Really?” She breathes. “You’d do that for me?”
“Sure thing!” He jumped up in excitement, Bart absolutely loved running across the ocean. What’s the point of being friends with a speedster if they don’t take you out to cool places?”
Ina gets up, smiling. “I just- it sounds really amazing!” She grabs his hand without hesitation- a new development. “I d-didn’t want to bother you is all. I just can’t imagine what it must be like for you to be so fast!”
Bart nodded, just as excited as she was. It was great to finally meet someone who would freak out or attack him when he suggested things like that. “It’s no bother at all, seriously! All you have to do is ask!” Bart let out another laugh, before giving his friend a small wink. “Y’ready to get going?”
Ina nods excitedly. “Yes!” She bounces a little bit. “Are you?”
"I was born ready!" He laughed as he scooped her up and vibrated them through the walls out into the street. "Hold on kiddo~" Bart gave her a small smirk before zooming off down the street towards the nearest beach.

“Heh! If I can carry a headless Amazo robot across the pacific ocean without breaking a sweat…I’m sure I can carry you to Keystone.” Bart shrugged, a small cocky smirk on his lips. “Though, if you want to bring Plushie…you’ll have to downsize him a little..”
Ina shakes her head. “Plushie’s not allowed to go out until I train him properly,” She shrugs. “What’s an Amazo Robot?” She wonders with a scratch of her neck. “Wait- you can run across the pacific?!”
“Right, right. Hm? An Amazo Robot is this HUUUGE Robot that absorbs the powers of MetaHumans, like Superman, or Wonder Woman. They’re really hard to defeat.” Bart blinked for a moment, why did she sound so surprised? Every speedster her knew could run across it. “Sure? It’s easy as pie? Why?”
“Woah. You’re amazing!” Ina’s wide-eyed again. “I-I mean, I thought you were fast- I just.. I didn’t think, is all. Just… Wow!”
"Hey, I kinda earned the title 'Fastest Speedster'" Bart laughed as he pointed to himself, he scratched his head for a moment. "Do you want to go for a run across the ocean instead?" He smiled.

“Where’s Keystone city? Is it far?” Ina glances back to Bart, with a little smile. “It’s boring here, too.” she shrugs her shoulders. “O-or.. maybe I’m just boring? I’m not really sure sometimes.”
“Nope! It’s just a small run north of here.” Bart informed her with a few small nods. “Hey, you’re not boring! It’s great fun to be around you.” Bart smiled, petting her shoulder gently as he finished off the food in the bin.
“I’m not as fast as you are,” Ina laughs. “B-but it sounds like you like it there, even though it’s boring?”
“I can always carry you, if you’d like?” He smiled. Bart’s eyes widened a little, he loved talking about Keystone. “Yeah! Grandpa lives there! And so does my Cousin, they’re great! I love seeing them, except…they eat all the food all the time, especially my cousin.”
“It sounds like you love them.” Ina hesitates responding to his offer of carrying her. “I.. I don’t want to hinder you,” She says after some consideration. “Y-you know, carrying me and… And running?” The idea sounds fun, though.
"Yeah, I might not have much of a family. But What I do have is fantastic..." Bart smiled, a little saddened as he thought of the family members he'd lost in the past. Quickly, he shook it off. "Hey, it's perfectly fine? I carry lots of people while running, citizens, villains and a friend every now and then. You'll be fine!"
