KONIG X READER (oneshot)

A request off my Wattpad that I said I'd post here since I don't post short things on my wattpad, where Konig finally says something to you after months of trying to get him go speak to you.

Konig wasn't one of the guys that spoke much, especially since English wasn't his first language, however ever since you joined the team you realized his eyes are always following you every time you take a step, every time you stretch, even if all your doing is sitting still and reading, he was always watching, so of course you made it your mission to talk to him, maybe make him feel comfortable enough to speak to you as well.

~ in the common room ~

"morning Konig" you walk past him giving him a small wave as you go to get your coffee, you knew he wouldn't say anything back you learned that after months of trying, but deep inside you had a feeling, maybe it was just hope, but you knew today would be the day, your hairs tied up in a ponytail just like every other morning, your uniform the exact same as always, but something felt different, something in the atmosphere was telling you, you were right.

"Guten Morgen" his voice was deep and raspy, you weren't expecting him to say something and it was so quiet you almost missed it, probably from not speaking much around his teammates but man it made you freeze.

Standing there in the kitchen frozen in place you quickly collect yourself offering him a small nod and a smile not just because you didn't really know what he had said but also because you didn't want to make a big deal over him speaking to you as to not scare him, but deep down inside you were freaking out this was a major milestone to you.

After grabbing your coffee you go find Soap, someone who you'd become closer with throughout the months, when you finally find him you tell him everything, though there wasn't much to say there was SO MUCH to say at the same time.

"Woah lass, slow down and start from the beginning, he did WHAT" Soap stops you mid sentence

"SPOKE... TO ME, SOAP, oh my god, I've been trying to get him to speak to me for MONTHS and he did it he finally did it, now I have no idea what he said but all I know is he said something" even though Soap has asked you to slow down that wasn't stopping you, luckily Soap had become used to your rambling so he tried his best to keep up.

"well congratulations lass, you did it, now what?" He questions

"I have no idea, but whatever happens next, just know I'm happy" your smile could reach the stars with how high it was raised as you high-five Soap.
