Cut the bullshit, join the grind
Print this. Put it on your fridge. Choose which Chris Pratt you want to have as an inspiration and act accordingly. There’s no wrong choice here.
^^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS THIS THIS THIS IS THE MOST MALE BODY POSITIVITY COMMENT I’VE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE FUCKING LIFE. I’M PRINTING OUT THE CAPTION TOO.
Woah there’s an actual male body positivity post. Damn that’s rare

Alright, there comes a point where enough is enough. I understand the sentiment behind wanting everyone to feel comfortable and accepted. It’s a great concept for everyone to always feel great about themselves, but it’s not realistic.
Sometimes you’re not going to feel great about yourself and that’s ok, it’s normal. We all feel that way sometimes. But what isn’t ok is the developing trend of taking things away from other people because they make you uncomfortable.
We are at the point where we can’t have a scale in a GYM because it makes some people feel bad about themselves… ‘Triggered’ as we now call it. Some things like this are simple to avoid, just don’t use the scale. You don’t need to take something away from someone else.
And believe it or not, feeling bad is a normal part of life. Sometimes it’s constructive and motivating. Shit, if the scale makes you feel bad and you want to change something, make personal changes for the better. I’ll even help however I can, I love seeing people make positive changes for themselves.
I don’t always feel great about myself either. But I don’t go around telling people they can’t eat cheesecake because my fat ass runs out and buys one and eats the whole thing for supper (another story for another time).
The line has to be drawn somewhere and this is already well past it. I understand why people see my generation as soft, lazy, and entitled when I read that things like this are taking place.
gorillas don’t know any bodybuilding techniques so we have probably never seen one at full potential

off-topic but a smile is a smile!
I remember when I thought people in their 20’s were adults. Now all of my friends are in their 20’s and everybody is just kind of fumbling around bumping into each other, trying to figure out where the free food is
