oh, but he is. the way he sees it, through views STRUCK with tragedy, & bullheadedness, he is the good guy putting all of the villains in their rightful place. because everyone ELSE is far too busy doing nothing about it. unlike the two shooters behind columbine, at least h e has a beneficial purpose.

               ❛ a little CHANGE as in thinkin’ outside the box. i don’t know about you, but i’ve sat through enough bullshit anti-bullying campaigns to know that not only are they DEFECTIVE, but so are the geniuses runnin’ their mouths. ❜

Annie felt as though she’d be     sick----like the cheese fries she’d had for lunch would make    a guest appearance. “Got it.”    “--LOOK...so, I’m gonna ask to switch partners, anyway;    I’m still pretty skeeved out.”

          “oh – i – yes, i can speak english.”      he’d just…forgotten.   well done there.  he      shifts   his  bag  on  his  shoulder  a   little      awkwardly.     he hadn’t been paying any      attention to his surroundings at all,   and      he felt badly for this ( undeniably pretty )      young woman.

                                                                      ａｎｎｉｅ♡    “Any specific reason why you stare at your feet while     you’re walking?? I mean, you must walk into stuff all the     time.”       Okay, so she’s still a little irritated at the fact that he    wasn’t paying attention--but her tone isn’t condescending;     she’s more curious than anything else.                       Perhaps, too curious for her own good.

Dodger figures this whole experience’d be easier if he a was a body watching himself from a distance. His mind wouldn’t be so sluggish, for one, the usually quick work barely able to fall from his mouth. Shaking his head, he turns away from the girl slightly, running a hand over his mouth.

Don’t do this, a voice mutters in his belly. He can see it as plain as the eyes on her face, she doesn’t know, or she didn’t realize…any event, Annie doesn’t feel the same way about him that he feels about her. And that is all there is to it, isn’t there. Couldn’t force a body to love you, Dodger knew that enough from experience, so that was that. 

And mayhap in the end it didn’t matter. If it hasn’t mattered to Annie, then it shouldn’t much matter to him, at least as far as Dodger figured. But then, if it didn’t matter, why did his belly twist so painfully? “Don’t worry on it, Annie.” He sounds sincere enough, he figures, but it’d be a bit before he smiles again.

                                                                   ａｎｎｉｅ♡       “--Can you not turn away from me like that...?” She knows  that she’s hurt him. Whether she intended to or not----it doesn’t  seem to matter. There’s nothing she can do to make this better,  she couldn't’t force herself to feel that way, even if she wanted to.  ----But the fact remained, Annie didn’t quite feel that way. Not  about Dodger, not about anyone. Not yet, at least. She just  couldn’t return feelings that simply weren’t there.               The worst part was that she hadn’t seen him  like this  in years, and this time around, it was all because of her. There’s  a lingering silence  as she thinks of some way to comfort him.  A hug likely wasn’t the best idea; placing a hand to his arm was   enough for him to turn away from her.                                                       “I...I’m really sorry, Dodger.”

     he has a TERRIBLE habit of cursing loudly      in german when he’s upset, and now is no      exception.         he’s staring at the ground,      muttering under his breath,     and he runs      SMACK into a girl.   he’s so flustered by it      that he continues talking in german.           “ich entschuldige mich, zu verpassen.”

                                                                       ａｎｎｉｅ♡     “Uh--”  sure---- Annie was in a rush, but at least she        had   been   paying   attention.         A biting suggestion on the tip of her tongue--that he oughta       maybe  pay attention to  where  he  was going. And  brown       eyes meet  an undoubtedly handsome  face----& suddenly,       it hit her like a smack in the face. whoa.                                                    who gave him the right.       “...Do you speak English? Heck----I can even do French.       But, I don’t understand German, s o r r y.”
